I've had this cosplay in my closet for so long, I'm glad I finally got to shoot in it! There was a k-pop convention in my general area that my photographer friend Herbiecide was going to be at, so I went to meet up with him so we could shoot my Firefly cosplay (from the game Honkai: Star Rail). Originally I was just going to shoot outside of the con, but I didn't realize how UGLY the area outside the con was 😅 I was stupidly hoping for some nature or even brick walls to shoot with, but instead it was all cement, parking lots, and steel-looking buildings. I ended up having to pay to go inside of the con just to shoot in a slightly better looking location 😭Inside wasn't toooo much better but they DID have a really pretty set-up with flowers and pillars that I ended up shooting at ^_^ It was set up there for anyone who wanted to take nice photos, and thankfully I got there just in time after another cosplayer friend was already finishing up.
