Regarding the Episode 8. A couple of things.
I've received some crucial feedback about the increasing size of the game. Last update was like 11 GB or something. Something had to be done about that. I did some research and found some effective ways on decreasing the size. The quality stays the same but renders now weigh 50-60% less. In some cases even 70% less. So, I've reduced the size from 11 gb to 5.4 gb at current time. That will decrease upload times, download times and just the general bloat will be lower.
Episode 8 will be shorter than the previous one. Similar to earlier ones. I'd like to release this one a bit faster. Also when I play through the episodes, specifically the early ones, I ended up with 30-40 mins of gameplay when reading everything. It's similar in length to an Episode of a TV series. I like that format. (Let me know how long Episode 8 took for you. Need some perspective.)
Episode 8 will start to reflect the choices you've made up until this point. It's going to be a return to the crime world. You still have to resolve the entire situation with Solomon and his operation, the cops, the house and to get money. So planning, execution and consequences will be the name of the game in this episode. And of course... Can't forget about the girls ;)
I'm pretty excited about the ideas I've got for this episode. I spent a bit of time reflecting on them and also rewatched some of the media, that inspired me, to remind myself of the principles of how I come up with ideas. So I think, I hope, that Episode 8 will be a good representation of my changing and evolving approach to this story.
Also! I will release 5 wallpapers this month for High Grade tier and up. For February, March, April and May. And one additional for the wait. :) (I'll try my best to release June wallpaper on the same month. Not to make a backlog... I don't like that :D)
