I'm moaning as I slurp down this thick, calorie-dense cake shake. I can feel my stuffed-to-bursting midriff groan under my hands. Oh, I can't believe how much I've managed to force into my poor, over-stuffed stomach. But somehow, the taste of fat and sugar make it all worth the discomfort.
