open "Open IV" and turn on edit mode.
Go to x64v.rpf and copy to mods folder.
place all files here:
x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
When in game use trainer (i suggest simple trainer)
open trainer, model spawning, clothes menu:
upper- 27 (Upper body no shirt with arm tats)
Accs- 14 (Red Louis Vest)
berd- 2 (Louis face mask)
