back again and eating pie

I was craving something sweet for dessert, so I went through Auto King and asked if they had chocolate pie. They said yes, so I ordered six of them. The guy, kind of shocked, goes: “Six chocolate pies?” And in my head I was like, I probably should’ve asked for eight. So I just said: “Yeah, six pies and an ice cream.” … “Okay.”

And of course, then he saw me squished in the seat, barely fitting, leaning over the steering wheel trying to reach the machine to pay. I imagine he must’ve thought that those pies weren’t waiting at home, and that they were just for me… or who knows, haha.
