Well, I wasn't able to finish this part before NYCC, but here it is! It's missing some VFX like some previous parts.
We FINALLY got our construction permit, so work on the house will be starting soon. I have other work to deal with, as well as prepping the house + demolition, so I'm not sure how long this last part is going to take me. I'll still be streaming on Thursday, but going forward I'll have to keep you all updated on my working availability.
