It's a New Year and that means new... stuff. Not resolutions, necessarily, but thinking ahead and planning and hopefully doing.
Here's the very rough plan for this year, so far, in terms of books:
Finishing Modeling Deception - currently slated to be 3 parts, with part 2 about half done... I think. It might be two-thirds. I think part 3 will be faster but who knows?
The next Her Substitute book - which has been planned / plotted for about a year. Excited about this one.
Maybe, possibly, the next 'Deceive' book, e.g. the continuing adventures of Billy, Linda, Kate et al. That's also plotted and planned.
I may also publish a book of previous commissions, so basically short-ish pieces, no real theme apart from the usual, obviously.
As for the Patreon, well.
It seems pretty obvious that short, quick pieces aren't so much my jam... that's not to say it won't ever happen (I have one almost done right now, actually) but it seems more likely I'll be doing more novellas that are connected, possibly loosely, to existing books. That's what happened with Her Substitute: First Lesson (which leads into the next book) and now with Deceiving Halloween (which I didn't think would lead into the next book, but actually works pretty well, so).
That's not to say I have a bunch of ideas laying around for exactly what novellas to do, so, ideas are always welcome. (Seriously. Gimme your ideas. 😅)
Overall, not gonna lie, I'm setting some pretty ambitious goals here but you have graciously decided to come along for the ride, so I guess I'd better give you something to read!
PS: You'll see more of the "lady" above this year. Well, see and read more... heck you might have seen her already.
