I've fixed some important bugs and added a few things to this patch. This will ideally be the last patch for version 30. I plan to now start working on version 31.

- Replaced the Adult Succubus Full body/Portrait and the Adult Automaton Portrait with commissioned art.
- Added a new image for certain Ojou-Sama sex scenes.
- Added an image for Raiju Boob jobs.
- Mochi's sex scene image is now properly displayed in the image gallery.
- You can now pay to dye your hair at the hair salon found in the mall.
- Fixed several bugs related to obtaining the Oni transformation.
- Fixed a bug where the possession artifact couldn't be used in standard homes.
- Maid NPCs can no longer trade away their transformation traits.
- You can no longer trade away the possessed NPCs name.
