I tried everything by now, from all kind of diets to a lot work out in different gyms. I saw some doctors but everytime I see the numbers they just go up, my weight is increasing no matter what I do and the doctors says it's all my fault for not follow their instructions. I don't know how something like that can happen cause I am like super disciplined and care a lot about my health. I was getting home after a long day of workout, I made three full sessions in the morning so my body is worned out. I will take a little nap before making lunch, just a few minutes...
