Hey everyone!
For those who are new here or have been waiting since v0.40, here’s what’s new in this update:
The new restrain poses have been added to Rory’s BJ and SX scenes, along with their corresponding interactions. Meaning, the Chain restrain spell is now available across all scenes and characters, with full interactions available. I’ve also spent time improving image renders and animations, so you may notice some visual changes. Feedback is very welcome, just keep in mind that a few areas still need polishing.
If you already played yesterday’s update, this release mainly includes minor bug fixes.
I wasn’t able to fully playtest every possible combination and interaction, so if you encounter any issues, please let me know, either via DMs or on Discord in the Supporter Lounge bug report channel. If you can, include how the bug was triggered, that helps a lot with tracking it down and fixing it quickly.
Due to recent travel, holidays, and everyday obligations, I’ve only been able to work on the project in my spare time. I’d also like to apologize for being slow to reply to comments and questions lately, they haven’t been ignored, I just tend to take longer than I should to put my thoughts into words, which takes way more time than it should... I’ll be spending some time with family over New Year’s, and after that I’ll be back in full swing and catching up on everything.
The public version will be released a few days after New Years, with additional visual polish and the usual bug fixes. Going forward, I’ll be shifting focus toward the Adventurer demo, along with some bonus content that I’ll be using for research and experimentation.
Finally, thank you, sincerely, to everyone supporting the development of NPC Tales. This past year has had its ups and downs, and your enthusiasm and encouragement have carried me through the hard parts and motivated me to keep improving. I’m incredibly grateful for your support, and I promise there’s more to come.

tossacoin - 1000 gold
youcantseeme - invisibility potion
moreinvspace - doubles the inventory space
stats026 - for v0.25 saves and older, resets the player stats, can also be done with dayreset.
restraintest - (Not neccessery in this version) This will unlock the restrain scenes for Rory and Seraphina in the Shop.
NOTE: The invisibility potion was designed to prevent the mood bar (anger) from raising while interacting with the shopkeeper. Using it will prevent you from getting the guard to appear. Also, it has not been implemented in all interactions.===========
