Version 0.45 of The Shopkeeper is here!This update makes the new Restrain spell available across all characters and their respective scenes.
Once you receive the spell scroll from Rory after completing at least one of her intimate scene and learning the spell, you can activate the spell with the Magic Staff equipped. The spell can now be cast on any character in any of their scenes, unlocking a new pose to play with. For more info, be sure to check the guide on Discord.
All interactions and animations are fully available in each pose, so you can have fun without restrictions.
Rory’s dialogue has been updated to properly reflect her reaction to the spell being used on her. I’ve also added a small quality-of-life feature that allows you to skip the fight with Rory, which becomes available once you’ve completed both of her intimate scenes.
With the two latest restrain poses, I’ve put extra work into improving animation quality, and I hope that improvement is noticeable during your playthrough.
If you’re continuing from a previous version, note that the Rory fight skip option is new, so you’ll need to complete her intimate scenes to unlock it. I’ve also added several visual updates across both restrain poses, such as sweat, fluids, and dripping effects, along with some minor animation improvements to Rory’s standard poses and damage to clothes for the restrain poses.
This marks the final major update for The Shopkeeper. Going forward, updates will mainly focus on bug fixes and minor improvements, as development focus shifts toward The Adventurer demo, whit it, bringing a new combat system, new characters, new interactions, and more.
NOTE: As mentioned in the previous post, I'm changing the pages currency from USD to EUR due to increasing prices in conversion. This should not affect members, as the additional charges are going trough me and if you pay in your local currency (set up on checkout or account settings), there should be no additional cost to you.
