Bug fixes

Hey everyone! The latest Adventurer update is finally here! Once again, sorry for the radio silence and for taking so long with this update, as previously mentioned, I’ve been dealing with a lot the past two months which ate up a lot of my time leaving me little for work. That being said, things are a bit more stable now and I should be able to post updates more regularly. This is the work in progress version but this update and the next one (early access) will be available to the Hades Regular tier and up.Now then, for those of you playing The Adventurer demo for the first time, the focus here is to update and improve the combat as well as the user experience and finalise game mechanics for the main Game. You’ll have the familiar free use experience within the camp and some new ones within combat.

For those of you who played the last update, here’s what's new:Live2D animations have been added to the combat for enemies and Clover, unfortunately I’m struggling a bit to figure out how to play attack and hit animations, so for right now, they’re all only in their idle state. Additionally, Clovers clothing state is reflected in her combat avatar. You can now purchase the mage staff alongside fireball and thunder strike spells to use during combat. You can also purchase two skill books to learn steal and charm. Both can be used during combat, later they will have effects on the free use aspect of the game. Charm has a special animation when triggered, for now it’s only depicting one character, but will later display the targeted one.

For the next update, the focus will be polishing and finishing up the Live2D animations alongside some of the visual and UI elements. Finally, I am thinking of switching to Unity soon, As the game is getting more complex, I feel like Unity can keep things much more fluid and easy to add and modify aspects of the game, as well as speeding up certain processes. Feel free to let me know your thoughts on that and I’ll probably have a poll soon to see how to proceed further.

With all that being said, enjoy the latest update!Cheers everyone! DOWNLOAD:
