Making NPCAI v3.1 More Realistic! Real Paramedic Phrasing & Hidden LEO Features

With the new NPCAI v3.1 update out, I wanted to jump in and completely overhaul the Emergency Prompt to get it sounding and acting a lot more realistic. The default setup is a good start, but we can make it so much better.

I’ve put together a custom prompt that unlocks some awesome hidden features and adds a ton of immersion to your shifts.

Here’s what we’re breaking down in today's video:

The Hidden LEO Features: Most people don't even know you can do this, but you can actually have your on-scene backup handle cooler features. I'll show you how to tell your backup to run an ID or a license plate, and they’ll call it into dispatch for you.

Real-World EMS Phrases: The default medical dialogue is a little generic, so I went in and changed the verbiage to use authentic terminology and phrases that actual medics use on a real scene.

Better Medic Logic: If a patient doesn't make it, the medics on scene will now actually ask you directly if you want them to call out CSI / the Coroner for you.

Smarter Scene Management: I added better phrases for ordering your backup to call in extra units (like Fire or tow trucks). Plus, I fixed the logic so EMS and Fire won't randomly try to call for prisoner transports or tow trucks anymore, that’s strictly left to the LEOs now.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Be advised that Stop the Ped and Ultimate Backup - Your LEO can't call for additional backup, EMS, or Fire Department. This is a limitation due to STP/UB and not NPCAI.

Quick Reminder: Please make a backup copy of your default prompt file before you overwrite anything, just to be safe. Once you've got your backup saved, just drop this custom file in and replace the original.

FPIU - Sorry I don't have that exact name on that. I think it was from a pack that is no longer available on the lspdfr.com site. However, the livery pack will fit pretty much any 18' FPIU you want.
