In short: my doctor has sent me to a psychiatrist after the visit i had 3 months ago, it will be as a "mental break" but i will still get work done as i will also use the month to finally finish the commissions haunting me and set up some more modelsI am pausing next month for the sake of getting comms done and setting more models up, i never really recovered my spirit after all my files were wiped in a power outage, it hasn't been very motivating to rebuild either, and with a mix of depression being part as to why i have been so slow in general, it's been ass.
I am also pausing cause it's the month where i have an appointment with a psychiatrist, see what level of depression i got and or find what else mental retardation i got going on, it'll be a bit more relieving if they find anything wrong cause then i'll know i wasn't just being inefficient because i truly am useless, but because i am being negatively affected by some disorder.
And also get some models finally set up, good god, it's been a hassle.
