As always, here are the rules:
No furries, though catgirls and similar, mostly human characters are allowed
Characters who lost in a previous month can be submitted again, with no delay, though there's a 6 month cooldown period from release date before previous winners can be re-submitted to the poll.
No questionable characters, age wise. If a character is considered 'underage', they'll be appropriately depicted in a tastefully aged up interpretation, in order to meet ethical standards.
