Hey everyone, OrbOrigin here! As I mentioned in my previous post, I have been reflecting on myself and the future of OrbOrigin, and one of the things I would like to talk about first is the production of A Mother’s Love.
Looking back in the year of 2025, I realized that I have only released two chapters. I understand that I faced a few difficulties and changes, like my hard drive malfunctioning and coming to live with my older sister and her husband to help take care of my baby niece, but releasing only two chapters in a year is something I feel unproud of and not to my standards. I will be completely honest that there are moments this year where I feel drained and mentally checked out to work on A Mother’s Love, and that causes such a nasty writer's block. I want to change that and give more updates, but deep down I will be giving empty promises to you all if I claim that 2026 will bring that and risk myself having another burnout. So, I am thinking that instead of A Mother’s Love, would you be interested if I provide a side project - a new story. No, I am not abandoning A Mother’s Love nor am I replacing it with this new project. I strongly think that it will help me as a developer, both in my mental health and creativity if I am to develop something new that is different and is not the same story, and in the process I can give you something to look forward to or itch the wait as I bring out A Mother’s Love’s content. I will keep similar themes, like romance and adultery, so it will not be far different from what you are already experiencing from me. I am considering adding this feature in the Earth-Child tier.
Another change that I am considering doing is upping the price of my Newborns tier to 2 dollars a month. This is a topic that I have been having trouble deciding whether to bring up or not as I hate to circle OrbOrigin with money, but I admit that I am struggling financially and looking for an affordable place is just getting more and more impossible with my current income. In return for upping the price, I am thinking that I can post four photos of Nicole monthly in the form of selfies-like and/or the standard model-like photoshoot. We can have a voting system too where you can vote which outfit Nicole will wear. It will be fun to be more engaging with you all as that is something I have not done in a long time. I will also add that existing members of the Newborns tier WILL NOT be affected with the change. You will continue to be charged 1 dollar as usual and the price change will only affect new coming patrons.
Improvement for God-Father tier as well, starting with the quality of the fansigns. Instead of 1920x1080 or 667x1080, I will be scaling it up to 3840x2160 or 1334x2160. I am also thinking that along with Nicole, whether it is together or separate photo, there will be one of the ladies added in and that will be decided on a voting poll by you. So each month you will be getting a Nicole fansign plus an extra set from either Chloe, Marilyn, Silvia and Abigail.
That is all the changes I have considered making this time. To recap; I will be upscailing the resolution on the fansigns and adding one of the other ladies into the fun for God-Father tier, changing the price from 1 dollar to 2 dollars on Newborn tier and adding monthly photos of Nicole wearing outfits voted by you, and may will be developing a side project alongside A Mother’s Love for Earth-Child tier, I hope that you like these changes and look forward into seeing them. Do remember that more or less this is something I am testing and if it gets too much for me in the end, I can always revert back to how things are or work something in between so that you and I will be satisfied. Another thing to clarify with you all: are you still interested in a Discord server? I was frequently asked to make one last year and the year before, which I planned to do but got carried away with other things. I am still unsure what I will post or do in this Discord server, but if it is still something of interest, I will try to make one again so do let me know in the comment section or DM.
