Angiel, the Archangel of Judgement, was cast out of heaven for abusing the power bestowed upon her. For many months she was trapped on earth, and was the unwilling roommate to a Demon of Hell. Unless she could conquer the arrogance born of her station, she would never be allowed back.
But being trapped on earth brought her clarity, as well as unlocked a door in her memory she never knew was there. A door that revealed her years as a human, and what the Demon beside her truly meant to her.
It took Azrael, the Archangel of Death, potentially killing her and the Demon she came to love before she acknowledged her folly, and set things right.
It’s been well over a month since Azreal’s judgment and imprisonment. The memories lost from Angiel’s human days when she ascended to Archangel of Judgement have returned, and with them feelings she’s had for the demon that has watched over and protected her. The same demon that safeguarded her during her imprisonment on Earth.
Azreal despised that a woman touched by a demon was allowed to become an angel. It was even more of a slap to the face that she took the place of his brother Dominic…BY HIS OWN VOLITION. That hatred cost him his title, powers, and freedom.
Now here we are. The danger has passed, Angiel has ascended once more, her memories of her human days returned, and now she has one more challenge to complete before she can comfortably return to her duties.
She must…REWARD HER DEMON FOR ALL THEIR ASTOUNDING WORK IN FENDING OFF AZRAEL! That’s right. THEY'RE GOING ON A DATE! Where, you might ask? That’s easy. A SAFARI!

Gabriel:Teasing, but happy for her, “Ooh, a Nature Date, you say? How fun!” … “I believe you had a strong love for animals during your human years.”
Me:“Y-yes…” … “From what I’ve researched, this Wildlife Preservation Area also acts like a Safari, so humans can get close to the animals and plants and learn more about them.” … “According to the Demon I always seemed to want to destress from a long day of work by heading into the woods to feed the animals.” … “I do have a distinct memory of helping this bear get some honey…and I think it adopted me.”
Gabriel:Can’t help busting up laughing. “I can just see it!” … “This big brown bear hugging you close like its own Teddy Bear to chase the nightmares away!” … “So cute!”
Me:“Gabriel, please, Will you stop teasing me?!” … “Make yourself useful and tell me what you think of my human form?!”
Gabriel:“Hmm…a little…uptight. But it suits you.”
Me:“UPTIGHT?! Really?! Darn it! Umm…” … “Let's go over here!” (Hides behind a bush) “Alright. Maybe…this?!” … “No! This?! No! What about this?!”
Gabriel:“Easy now, easy!” Can’t help chuckling at her. “You’re so adorable when you’re flustered.” … “Here. Try this one.” (Finger snap) “There we go. What do you think?”
Me:“Oh…oh my…hmm…” … “This…actually…is rather cute.” … “Not too stuffy and not all that revealing. It is also comfortable.” … “Thank you, Big Brother.”
Gabriel:Fake sniffles, “Daww, my baby sister going on her first date!” Play like you’re bawling your eyes out, “AND SHE STILL LOOKS LIKE SUCH AN ANGEL!” Cute sniffles, “Be sure…to send me…a wedding invitation.”
Me:“Will you knock it off?! You’re embarrassing me!” … “And you’re drawing attention!”
Gabriel:“Relax, Little Sister. We’re just two loud mouthed siblings having a fun time.” … “They don’t care about us anymore than we them.”
Me:“I guess so.” … “Hmm.”
Gabriel:Concerned, “What’s the mater?”
Me:“It’s just…” … “I’ve been on earth for a little under a year now.” … “I…don’t think I’ve ever tried to…ENJOY it.” … “I was so consumed with getting back what you took that I had tunnel vision.” … “I’m shocked Demon didn’t try to drag my hide out somewhere to force me to loosen up.”
Gabriel:“Well you’re more than able to make up for that time now.” … “You can come and go to earth as much as you please. Explore everywhere and everything you wish.” … “Just so long as you both remember to do your job along the way.”
Me:“I can’t thank you enough for that, by the way.” … “For letting me be able to come and go…and…to…be with…my demon.”
Gabriel:Soft, lovingly, “Angiel, there was no chance that I would have separated you two.” … “You both were a great team in your human days.” … “When they learned of your death, and then your ascension, I didn’t have the heart to deny them to be with you again.” … “In fact, I was the one who let The Demon know whenever you were off making your judgements.”
Me:“You did?”
Gabriel:“I did.” … “They protected and guided you before. I knew I could trust them to do so again.” … “And look at you now. All grown up and finally going on a date.”
Me:“Hmmm…All knowing…brr…”
(Distant footsteps)
Gabriel:“Oop. Here they come. And don’t they look like a Dapper Demon.”
