New Content Guide:
Visit HJ and help him out with the Vegetable Garden at noon
Take a shower to see the new shower animation
Drink the Mcdonald's cup on the table in the kitchen the next noon
Help him out in the garden again
Come back tomorrow noon and Interact with the cup then garden
Talk to him after dinner the next day about a shared bath
Talk to him at night to stay over
Repeat the garden, the shared bath, and the staying over events to progress
At some point an option will appear at the telephone at dinner in front of the door
Interact with the telephone
Keep sleeping over until you find pills in the morning
Take those pills to unlock the final bathroom scene and pregnancy ending
