Being old childhood friends certainly makes maintaining that friendship rather difficult when growing up on opposite sides of the law… at least for Devon it does. Constantly helping Berry get out of trouble, hiding his secret identity for him, covering for him, and even at times like this; letting him lure Devon into somewhere alone so they could have a more private moment… Devon can’t help but think to himself that he really needs better friends.
But as always, come sunrise, he knows he’ll forgive the fox all the same.
