Last Friday, I finally got my hands on the physical copy of the legal documents and immediately went to the bank, but unfortunately I missed the working hour by 30 minutes due to traffic... So, today I went to the bank again and was finally able to request a new account creation, but unfortunately, they will need to do a survey first and wait for their superior approval.
