Funny story, lots of commissioners ask me about body hair for your characters!
When I’m drawing, I try not to overthink it too much, but this time I really pushed myself to get past that fear of hair looking wonky. I also looked at how some really prolific “bara artists” approach it, and they all do it differently depending on their style. Even when it looks a bit wonky, it still feels right somehow (?) hard to explain, but I think some of you hair connoisseurs will get what I mean >_<
I started this piece as simple practice for commissions, but it kind of snowballed. The body ended up BEEF-EY, and at some point I randomly started seeing Chris Redfield in it, specifically his RE8 version. So, why not?
Anyway, hope you all like it! And that I keep getting better at drawing body hair for you guys!
Ps: The fact that Chris has so many faces across the Resident Evil franchise makes him very "versatile" to say the least😂 He has the DIAMANT seal of faceshifting.
