I’ve been posting Quips over the last few days, so if you’ve been following those, you’ve already seen most of this but I wanted to share all the progress I’ve made over the past week.
I was really productive and added a lot of new items to this collection while also working on the swatches.
There’s a new potted palm I made for the set because I felt like it was lacking some nature, everything was starting to feel a bit too stone-heavy. It’s a large plant, perfect for outdoor spaces, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.
I’m glad I didn’t give up practicing making plants, because even though they take a lot of time, I really enjoy creating them. And I just love plants.
You can spot a new floor which is of course inspired by Greece and it's still work in progress, I'll add more texture to it.
I made a cute rattan bar stool to go with the bar, continuing the same approach of incorporating natural materials like wood and rattan. The same goes for the rug, this set just needed a jute rug!
I started working on some clutter items to bring this place to life. I added a martini tray, some tequila bottles, and a big vase. I still have a few more clutter pieces I want to make, and hopefully I can squeeze them in next week so the collection feels complete.
I'm really-really happy how this set is coming along and can't wait for you to see the full collection with all the items my collab partner made! I'm honestly so inspired by this vibe, my mediterranean heart needed something like this! Hopefully at the end of next week everything will be finished and ready to go into your games!
