This is the next piece in my ongoing The Smoke Room art collection! This time, without Todd in the picture, it's Sam and Kane who command William to kneel before them. And here he is—poor William, bound, trembling, and in tears, his badge discarded on the floor as he begs for mercy, knowing full well what’s about to come.
