Mariah sat back in the dressing room, confused by the message sitting on her phone. “Does Devin…  think I’m gross?” Dread flooded her mind, regret filling her heart. “I shouldn’t have sent that image. God, what was I thinking!?” Her heart felt like it would beat out of her chest. A cold sweat covered her forehead. She had been getting the strong impression that Devin had feelings for her - there were plenty of pokes to her stomach from his member to suggest such a thing - but what if he fancied her in spite of her massive bazongas.

She stared at the mirror, her vision filled with her expansive curves. If she tried right now, she’d barely be able to wrap her arms around her chest. Touching her own nipples? Maybe when she was smaller a few months ago. She needed both hands to handle her chest to maneuver her nipples into position and that always exhausted her. These were so damn heavy and always in her vision. She was tired of people staring at her and having to control herself whenever someone would lightly gaze at them. Mariah’s chest had grown sensitive with every cup size increase to the point that she’d worried about having a full-blown orgasm if someone hugged her too tight.

“But… he said he didn’t care about my size…” Now her thoughts spiraled to anger and contempt. Devin had spent so much time making her feel more normal about her size, but now she grew just a little bit he was disgusted?! Fired up, her fingers sped through typing a response.

M: Um… what is that supposed to mean?!

Mariah refrained from using any expletives, hoping he hadn’t turned out to be a bad guy. It was hard to say through her horny haze when she spent time with her new friend, but she felt some deeper connection to him. She thought even maybe asking him to… no, it was stupid. He’d never even considered… what she had been thinking. She was grotesque. No one would want her, not until her reduction.

Tears filled her eyes as she sat back on the bench. Mariah rolled her eyes as she watched her juggs jiggle non-stop for a good minute. “Will you just knock it off!” She quietly shouted to her chest. Her head leaned against the wall as she stared into the mirror before her. She tried to look elsewhere, but her breasts took up too much of her vision. “Fuck you,” she whispered to her tits.

“You okay in there, sweetie?” the sweet voice of Ruth, the tailor, slipped through the crack in the changing room door. “Do you need a hand?”

“No, no, sorry Ruth! I… stubbed my toe,” Mariah sniffled back tears as softly as she could.

“Happens to big girls all the time, sweetheart. I always recommend reinforced toes in shoes. Just be careful not to crush your partner's feet too much,” Ruth giggled to herself as she retreated back to the workshop.

With that comment, Mariah looked down to her toes… or at least tried. Thanks to the new bra, she couldn’t separate her cleavage to get a better view. Sitting down, her chest just barely rested on her thighs now, stretching closer to her knees yet still quite spherical in these cups. Even bending over, Mariah needed to stick her feet straight out to see the tips of her toes.

She took a deep breath, fighting back another round of tears. Just then, her phone buzzed. It was Devin.

~~~
Devin paced back in forth in his apartment, kicking himself for being so careless. He felt gross for his behavior and now it had caught up with him. Before unraveling too far, he read his message again. “Mmmm…. Mariah, fuck!”
“That could mean anything!” He tried to convince himself. “It doesn’t mean she knows what I was doing…” He cut himself off in his mind. If she wasn’t offended by it, why did she write her message the way she did? “Fuck!”
Devin went back to sitting on his bed, then back up to pacing, then sitting again. He could sit still and knew he needed to respond fast. Should he play it off as a mistype? Maybe. How about a joke? What would the joke even be?
Sweat broke out on his forehead and he scrambled. He set his phone down for a moment to center himself. He took a deep breath and focused. “This woman is incredible. We’re not going to fuck this up. Just be honest.” Devin picked up the phone again, gritted his teeth, and began typing.
D: Whoops! Sorry, I stubbed my toe and I asked for my Ai assistant to text for me. Haha.
Oof, maybe the Haha was too forced. “Mistakes like this happen all the time, but people also stub their toes all the time too. I’m in the clear.” He thought to himself. He waited for a response, which took longer than he expected. Finally, the three bubbles appeared on the screen. She was typing.
~~~

“Stubbed his toe?” Devin literally used the same excuse she just did! Mariah knows he’s lying, but she tried to refrain from firing off a mean comment. She wasn’t going to get her answer over text, but she was too much of a straight shooter to let this go unanswered. She would confront Devin about it tomorrow night on Christmas Eve.

M: Watch where you’re walking, you dunce!

~~~
Devin let out a sigh of relief. He began gathering his things and cleaning up his apartment. He had no intention of having Mariah over her when her apartment is so much better, but still, it felt responsible and respectful of Mariah to make sure his apartment was in tip top shape. The rest of the evening, Devin cleaned, ate, and made the finishing touches on the note to go along with his surprise gift.
How can he thank her for being a friend without it being too forward? He wracked his brain for the right jokes, but words failed him. He awoke the morning of Christmas eve from his desk chair. Devin had fallen asleep while writing the letter and still hadn’t made much headway. Unfortunately, he’d slept well into 11 AM and knew he had to start getting ready. He noted a few texts on his phone from Mariah asking him to come over around 4 and to not embarrass her by not showing up without proper Christmas attire. He knew just the thing to wear.
After showering, shaving, and packing an overnight bag for the inevitable couch sleep over, Devin was out the door and back to the grocery store. Well, a different one from the store he visited yesterday and made a mess in. He may never return to the specific shop, which hurts since it was so close to his home.
He picked up a small keg of ‘Christmas-themed’ beer - whatever that meant - and a small box of cookies from the bakery. Since he had no other choice, Devin splurged on ordering a car pickup to help him carry all his belongings. He watched the city goers brace for the holiday on the horizon. Everyone was festive, stores were closing early, but it was clear that everyone was excited for the season. The reflection of multi-colored lights and decorations reflected off the car window and warped around the glass as they made their way further into the city. With only a few minutes from the destination, snow began to fall.
“A proper white Christmas! Savor it, its a sign of good luck!” The driver called back to Devin, who hugged Mariah’s gift in excitement. Hopefully the drive was right. He’d only known Mariah for a short amount of time but he wanted to impress her. Was it because of how kind she’d been? Or was it something more? Devin could feel an attraction deep inside his heart building for Mariah, but god did he need friends. Mariah had been so sweet, so accommodating, and so kind - he didn’t want to ruin that.
He started to second guess his gift - was it too forward?! Did it suggest that he expected something in return?! Devin was out of time to change his mind as the car pulled up in front of the ornate building. A figure emerged from the double doors of the apartment complex and made a bee-line to the car door.
Tthe doorman, Maurice, had a look of surprise and paused before helping Devin with his things. Devin thanked the driver and turned back to Maurice giving him a look. “You sure you’re not up to no good?” Maurice asked sternly, while still helping Devin carry the keg into the lobby.
“I promise, Maurice. She’s a good friend and all I want to do is make this a good Christmas for her.” Maurice groaned at his comment as he set the metal keg down by the elevator. “Actually, I got these for you and your wife. I know it’s not much, but it’s Christmas and I thought I’d spread some joy.” Devin presented the small bag of cookies to Maurice, he hesitated but took them from Devin and thanked him.
“That’s very kind of you, sir,” Maurice noticed the gift-wrapped present tucked beneath Devin’s arms. “How many cookies do you get in there?” He let out a chuckle, which eased the tension in Devin’s heart.
“Oh, just a few. I think I found the perfect gift for Mariah.”
“Well, I think the gesture will do wonders for her. It hasn’t been an easy few months for Ms. Mariah,” Maurice punched in the P for Penthouse and continued. “The gentleman who was here before you wasn’t kind to her. Or me, in fact. I could tell that she would put on a brave face, but she needed a win right now,” the elevator pinged and they both stepped inside. “Trying to give her that win this Christmas. You understand what I’m getting at?”
Devin assumed Maurice meant for him to be kind to Mariah, but didn’t know if he was implying anything further. “I get you.” Devin turned toward the closed elevator door as they shot up to the top floor. He had decided to put on a blazer and slacks, along with an obnoxious Santa-themed tie.
They shortly arrived at the correct floor and Maurice helped haul everything to her door. “Thank you for the gift, sir.”
“Thank you, Maurice. Merry Christmas, to you and your wife.” Devin gave a soft, kind smile.
“You as well, sir.” Maurice tipped his cap and took the elevator back to the bottom floor. Devin turned to face her door and took one final breath.
“No turning back now,” he whispered to himself. Devin knocked on the door and after a few moments, he heard footsteps approaching. The handle spun and the door flung open. There she was, but something was wrong.
She wasn’t in any festive attire. She was in drab gray sweats that obscured her entire body and Mariah’s eyes were puffy. She had been crying.
“Mariah, what’s wrong!?”
Mariah rushed to him in two steps and hugged Devin tight. Her massive, man-crushing tits enveloped his torso as she began to weep into his neck. “He called me…” Mariah whispered into Devin’s ear between sniffles.
“Who called you?”
“Sam. My ex. He called. It was awful,” Mariah could barely finish her sentence before breaking down and weeping hard into Devin’s chest. She was quite tall and bust, so the weight nearly knocked him over.
Devin hugged her tight, trying not to give the wrong impression by mashing his arms into her chest until the tears subsided a bit. “Let’s get you inside, we can talk all about it.”
“Ok…” Mariah whispered as she turned and walked down the hallway. Devin quickly hauled everything into the foyer and shut the door. He popped his shoes off and found Mariah curled up into a ball on the couch. At least, she tried. It wasn’t easy having yoga balls in the way.
Mariah looked up at Devin as he took a seat opposite her. Her eyes were bloodshot from what must have been hours of crying. “Devin… can you be honest with me?”
Uh-oh. Devin tried not to pause too long. “Of… of course, Mariah. Anything.”
She sniffled, blew her nose, and then braced to ask her question. “Do you … do you think I’m attractive?”
Devin’s eyes shot open. “Wh-what?”
“With these big fucking things on my chest?!” Mariah was shouting now, not at Devin, but at the room. “Sam called to tell me… to tell me he was getting married…” she just barely got through her sentence.
“What?! Why would he do that?”
“He said he didn’t want me to find out from social media. He said I meant so much to him that he didn’t want some stranger telling me.” Mariah dabbed her eyes as she fought to hold back another flood of tears.
“Why? What? That’s crazy! He had no right to tell you that. Was he trying to rub it in your face or something?”
“I don’t know. He got really jealous near the end of our relationship. Always try to compare his accomplishments to mine. I told him I didn’t care, but he clearly did. Now he calls me ON CHRISTMAS EVE to brag about marrying some skinny bimbo.” Mariah dug through the couch to find her phone. She flicked it on and showed Devin the screen. “I couldn’t help myself. I looked him up online and found pictures of them together.”
Devin saw an image of a relatively fit, attractive couple. The man looked like he worked out regularly and tanned while the woman was short, petite, and worst of all - in the circumstance - she sported small, perky boobs. “I’m so sorry, Mariah.”
“God dammit. This hurts so much,” Mariah put a hand on her heart as she threw her phone. “Devin, you need to be honest with me,” Mariah stood, her breasts jiggling wildly, indicating she wasn’t wearing a bra. In one swift motion, Mariah whipped off her hoodie to reveal a thin tank top underneath. Her nipples were erect from her crying and her breasts peeked out of the bottom of the shirt. “Am I fucking disgusting?! Tell me the truth!”
Devin froze. His cock tented his pants and he was quick to hide it under a pillow. He couldn’t pull his eyes away from these mountainous mounds. He needed them in his mouth. He needed his cock buried between them. But most of all - he needed to pick his next words very carefully.
