 *splash

The ripples from Mariah’s cannonball cascaded out from the epicenter of her collision, bouncing off the dock and ricocheting off the opposite shore. The splashback would have made a passerby think someone had detonated a mine in the water, but alas, it was but a singular woman with a set of breasts that defy physics.

As she surfaced, which was quicker than most women thanks to the buoyancy of her bazoombas, she relished in the relief on her back muscles. Devin was still out and about so Mariah took full advantage of everything their rental had to offer. Trish, their pear-shaped neighbor, still hadn’t shown, but with her wine and good tunes, Mariah was in heaven.

She rested her hands and elbows on her enormous breasts, sticking out nearly as long as her own body, and resting her head to keep it out of the water. With a few light kicks, her body lay parallel to the water and she was able to close her eyes and use her burdensome breasts as makeshift inflatables. She soon closed her eyes as she listened to the birds calling to each other and the water lapping against the rocky shore. The water rolled small pebbles against each other. Just as they had done the previous thousand years. The soft clacking of igneous against metamorphic was like music to Mariah’s ears.

Breaking the rhythmic pebbles and folk music was the soft sound of creaking cedar. Mariah peeked up to see her new friend, Trish, smiling and waving as she walked down the steps, with a book and bottle of wine in hand. She sported a red tube top while wrapping her lower half in a white tunic-looking cloth. “Nice of you to finally join,” Mariah shouted up the hill.

“Well, aren’t you sweet,” Trish smiled back. “Couldn’t find a damn thing clean enough to wear. Hope you don’t mind my informal attire,” Mariah couldn't help but be smitten with Trish’s accent. She could tell if she was being rude, being short, or being kind - all she knew was she loved to hear her speak.

“Love a woman who comes prepared,” Mariah nodded to Trish’s companion pieces, the book and the wine. Trish nodded in gratitude and cracked open the bottle and poured some into Mariah’s glass sitting on the dock. “Thank you, new bestie!”

Trish couldn’t help but blush, “You’re just too kind, you.” She poured herself a glass as well, taking a nip and a sniff to ensure its quality. “Hope you like it!”

Mariah took a swig and her eyes shot open in response. “Holy hell, T! Good work! This is delicious,” Mariah tried not to chug, as it was still early in the morning, but credit where credit is due.

“T?” Trish looked at Mariah in bemusement. “My first nickname. I’m a fan!” Trish poured herself a glass and sat on the edge of a lounger to enjoy the morning. Mariah eyed the seat as Trish’s generous behind cratered the support straps and made the metal frame groan. Her eyes went up to Trish’s, who looked embarrassed. Mariah looked away quickly and drank her wine.

“You’ve never had your own nickname before?” Mariah tried to break the tension.

“Well, there were always mean girls and boys who always had something nasty to say, but I’ve never had a friend give me one. You’re the first,” Mariah melted at Trish’s words. It was nice that even after a day, Trish felt like she could trust Mariah.

“We’ve all had our bullies, but sucks to be them, because we’re both hot successful women now,” Mariah hoped the humor would break the tension.

“Too true, sweetie. Too true,” she held her glass aloof, as if to cheers Mariah from afar. “Speaking of success, this is for you.” Trish tapped on the book she had brought down with her.

“A little vacation read for little old me?” Mariah couldn’t quite make out the title, but it was a relatively thin paperback.

“You asked, I provided,” Trish gave the cover a loving tap. “This is my best seller. No pressure to read it, but it’s here if you’d like. It’s been described as a brisk read, which I guess could be a compliment.”

“I’ll be sure to read it this afternoon. I can’t wait! I’ve been kicking myself for leaving behind my new book, so now I’m covered.” Mariah truly was eager to read what kind of smut Trish could come up with, especially after discovering a new favorite genre just an hour ago.

“Where’s your man? Off chopping wood or some other manly activity?”

“He was actually gone before I got up, hopefully he’ll be back soon. Now that you say it, thought, maybe we should ask him to get us some wood for a fire later,” Both women lit up at the idea of a nighttime bonfire. “So Trish - what’s going on with you? How’s the dating scene in this remote alpine oasis?”

“Dry as a bone, thankfully. I’m not looking for anything right now. After my last… relationship.” Trish cleared her throat and drank some of her wine.

“I’m sorry, I think my brain is still a bit cloudy from last night. I remember you mentioning something about it.”

“Don’t worry yourself, darling. Like every relationship that doesn’t work out, one of us changed and the other couldn’t cope. Unfortunately, I was the one who changed so I was the one who got left.”

“Oh, Trish…” Mariah paddled her feet to guide her chest closer to the dock. She set her glass down and placed a hand on her friend’s foot for comfort.

“It’s been long enough, you’d think I’d be better now,” Trish’s sunny disposition fractured for a moment, but she quickly pieced herself back together. “No matter, darlin’. Ole T is doing much better these days.”

Mariah took a moment to choose her words carefully. “Well, you’re certainly successful, but I have to ask: How are you doing up here?”

“In the mountains?” Trish motioned to the vast expanse of green surrounding them. “I couldn’t be better. Folks dream their whole lives of finding a place half as good as this rental. I’m quite blessed.” Mariah believed her, but she knew there was more under the surface.

“Sure… but are you happy? You mentioned you were all alone up here. Have you made any friends with other tenants or any of the locals?” Mariah tried to hide her genuine concern but failed.

“You worry too much, sweetie. But I appreciate it.” Trish smiled through it, but it was clear Mariah had struck a nerve.

“I don’t think you’ve had enough people to worry about you, T. You’re quite the wonderful lady, and I don’t think you deserve to be locked away in that cabin.” Mariah cracked a small smile, showing how earnest she meant to be.

“Well… the last person I opened up to really did a number on me.”

“Same boat, girl. It wasn’t until Devin that I really opened up again.”

“Really?” Trish became quite interested, leaning forward on her burgeoning thighs. “What happened to the fairest of them all? Who do I need to clobber?”

“No one, Trish,” Mariah giggled. “I was just with someone who couldn’t support the way I had changed,” Mariah could say it specifically, but she motioned to her two personal flotation devices.

Trish’s curiosity was thoroughly piqued. “What do you mean, sweetie?”

Mariah mulled it over in a few pregnant pauses but decided to take the leap. “Well… you’re now the second person after Devin that I’ve told this to.” Another deep breath from Mariah, and she began. “I wasn’t always this torso-ly gifted. This growth was over the span of a few years, and not in my teens. It was just a few years ago and my ex couldn’t handle it.”

Trish looked as if she had locked her face, trying not to emote too much or give away how she felt. “That… sounds intense. Was it … painful?” She was having trouble finding her words.

“At times. Nothing unbearable. They’ve even started growing again, which hasn’t its own challenges. Nothing too challenging, thanks to a local seamstress I found but I really think the only reason I’m doing so well with everything is because of Devin. He’s been so supportive and accepting,” Mariah felt herself getting choked up. “He really has been amazing.”

“That’s incredible to hear…” Trish trailed off. Mariah could tell something was on her mind, but should she pry? Maybe the wine would give her enough liquid courage.

“Trish… do you want to tell me something?”

Trish tensed. “I… I don’t know.”

“That’s ok. If you don’t want to, you don’t have to,” Mariah squeezed her friend's foot to comfort her. “If you ever need a shoulder to cry on, mine are too small so you’ll have to use one of the girls,” Mariah giggled as she used her free hand to tap on the top of one of her breasts, sending ripples through it.

“You’re a lucky girl having those built-in pillows,” they both laughed, easing the tension.

“That is, by far, the best benefit. D and I have had plenty of movie nights where we’ve both fallen asleep on top of them.”

“Maybe we should have a movie night tonight. I could give them a whirl, see if I need to throw away my memory foam pillow, and just use you instead,” Trish had a certain look in her eyes. One that Mariah had trouble reading, but if she didn’t know better, she would have thought Trish was flirting.

“Well, now there’s a business idea. I get hired out by billionaires to be their personal pillows. This is how I pay for our next big trip!”

“And, of course, I’ll be your manager. No need to get your hands dirty, sweetie. T will take care of everything,” she punctuated her offer with a wink. “I’ll just need a 30% cut of the profits.”

“Wow, how selfless of you to take such a large chunk,” she sarcastically poked. “Will you also be my enforcer? Knock out a few creeps if they become a problem?”

“Of course, darling. I’ll just have a calm, straightforward discussion while I sit on their laps,” Trish gave her hips a bit of a shake. The lounger did not appreciate the added pressure, groaning with her movements.

“Oooo I love it. Have you ever had to use them for evil? To put someone in their place?” Mariah was genuinely intrigued.

“Nothing too crazy, I’m afraid. But it has crossed my mind.”

“I wouldn’t want to mess with a woman as gorgeous as you, T. Especially with your hips, that I would kill for!”

“Oh hush, now. You’re just being kind. You don’t want to hunt for pants that never fit right,” Trish was blushing.

“Um, hello!” Mariah slapped both her breasts together. “I’m quite aware of never finding clothes that fit. At least if I had some of your hips, I’d look a little more even.”

“You already look incredible, my dear.” Trish climbed off the lounger and lay on her belly. She kicked her feet up in the air behind her and gave Mariah a show she never expected. Trish’s enormous ass cheeks stuck out far above her back and bounced off each other much like her own tits. Mariah had never had to pleasure to see such a gifted woman, and now she definitely understood why people stared at her own massive assets. “You still there, darling?”

Mariah shook her head and took a sip of her wine. “Yes! Sorry, I think I need to get out of the water for a bit.” Mariah started to pull herself up but Trish put her hand on hers.

“Why the rush? You look so relaxed in there. Mind if I join you for a bit?” Mariah melted at her words. Butterflies fluttered in her belly at Trish’s touch.

“What is this?” Mariah thought. “I feel like a kid again around this woman.”

“Sure, T. Come on in,” their faces were inches apart from one another. After what could have been just seconds but felt like minutes, Trish stepped away and pulled off her top. Carefully, almost like she was afraid of what would happen next, she slowly removed the shawl wrapped around her hefty hips. It dropped away, and with Trish’s back turned, Mariah was presented with the view of a lifetime.

What had to be one of the largest set of bottoms of a bikini ever made, they were now buried deep into Trish’s flesh, threatening to slide to her ass crack and turn into a thong. When she turned around, it was clear the bikini bottoms were digging in tight into both Trish’s hips and her juicy pussy. Mariah couldn’t look away as she saw her new friend's labia fighting to break free from their imprisonment. Her eyes were locked onto Trish’s hips as they jiggled and shook with each step until she was descending to the water.

Mariah’s eyes slid up to Trish’s, who looked both confident but with a hint of embarrassment beneath it all. “You might not be the only person,” Trish cleared her throat, “...who is also growing.”

Mariah’s eyes shot wide. In a hushed whisper, afraid that the non-existent neighbors may hear her, “What are you talking about?!”

Trish grabbed her wine glass and swam closer to her friend. “I… I too have experienced. Gosh, I think the wine is getting to me.” She wiped her brow and continued, “I also experienced some feminine growth that led to the downfall of my last relationship. Unfortunately, I never found my Devin, the person who could support me. And now, it seems this ole gal is starting to grow again.”

Mariah was speechless, “Oh my god… I have so many questions! Are you super sensitive to touch? Does food or stress cause it to happen? What about hormones?” Mariah was oblivious that she was moving closer to Trish, with her tits parting and slipping around her friend. Trish began to blush, but she didn’t pull away. If anything, she nestled in closer.

“Mariah, honey, I… you’re the first person I’ve talked to about this. Maybe we go one step at a time.”

Mariah immediately felt embarrassed, “Oh my goodness! Of course! Take all the time you … need,” she paused as she noticed the sensation in her breasts. She noticed that she had pulled her pear-shaped friend into her cleavage, and she wasn’t eager to escape. The two nature-defying women stared at each other, wrapped together, alone in the world with nothing but each other.

A warm bloomed between them. Would they lean closer? Would they pull away? These thoughts swirled in each other’s minds before the sound of creaks broke the trance.

“Hey ladies! Sorry, I’m late. Did I miss anything?” Devin paused to behold the incredible sight of these women trapped together. What ever will they do next?
