CHAPTER 2
January
Deep breaths, clear eyes, can’t lose.
Riley repeated her mantra as she entered the pottery class she’d found on Groupon. It was already two weeks into the new year, and she hadn’t successfully found a new hobby. She had high hopes for this one - it was art-focused, she got to use her hands, and that deeply formative scene from Ghost was a dream of hers to bring to life.
She found her seat at her assigned Potter’s wheel and politely smiled at the people filtering in. Some were alone, others were with a friend or two. Now that she’d finally gained a spine long enough to come to the class, now she was onto phase two: Say Hi to someone.
As everyone found their seats, anxious thoughts flooded her mind, trying to rob her of any joy. She thought the men were looking down on her, disgusted by her appearance. Riley was in sweats with her hair up in a messy bun, thick glasses slipping down the bridge of her nose.
She shook those thoughts free, just in time for her noticing the two women giggling in the corner. What were they laughing at? Was it… her? Was it her chest? Riley had decided to wear a lower cut crew-cut sweatshirt, showing off J-cups.
She focused on her tools - she took a few deep breaths, focused on the wet mess of clay before her, and smiled. Just like this clay, she was shaping her life into what she wanted it to be. It may be messy, she may mess up, but she can do it. With practice, working on her confidence and self-image, she knew it was possible.
Before she could actually take a look at the people around her, the instructor came out from the back office and greeted the class. It was like Ms. Frizzle had leapt from the pages of Magic School Bus and got a job at the local crafting collective. The elderly woman had a curly bun of gray hair tied above her head with ribbons of multiple colors, multi-colored frames for her glasses, and a smile that eased any tension in Riley’s body.
She introduced herself as Ms. Andy and took a seat behind her own potter’s wheel. She talked through the steps of working the machine, how to wet your clay, and set the students up for their first lesson.
As Ms. Andy continued, she began shaping something with her clay. “Don’t be afraid to get dirty, my friends. Art reflects life - it’s messy, it can fall apart, but with patience and a little effort, you can make something beautiful.” As if it were a magic trick, Ms. Andy finished a beautiful vase in record time. Riley and other class members couldn’t help but clap.
“Oh, please, this is just the start. You’ll master far more complex pieces before the end of the class. Now, let’s begin with centering.” Ms. Andy collapsed her clay back into a heap and showed the students how to center their mold on the wheel, and then talked them through building a cylinder.
Riley couldn’t help but giggle as she started. She would be too firm, squeezing it into a banana shape, and then be too loose and have a chunk fling off onto her smock. Ms. Andy circled the room and helped each student when they needed it, but soon, everyone was getting it.
Riley was so proud of herself that she flung her fist into the air, whispering “Yes,” as she brought her arm back down like a footballer who got a touchdown.
“Hell yeah,” a voice to her side whispered to her.
Riley, blushing, turned to see a man about her age smiling at her. “Your first class, too?”
“Yeah,” she said, laughing over her words. “Sorry, I didn’t realize how much fun this would be.”
The man smiled back, “Me neither. I was afraid they’d end up looking like… well…” The man pointed over to a frustrated student in the corner who had accidentally turned their successful cylinder into a flaccid member.
Riley and the man giggled at each other, looking away from the other student. Riley felt a warmth in her chest, something she hadn’t felt in … well, she couldn’t remember. Maybe when she last had a good weekend with her friends from college, but this felt different.
Ms. Andy pulled the class's attention back to her wheel and began demonstrating how to slice a piece of clay off the wheel once it was finished. This led to far more messes than the first lesson. Riley, as careful as she was, still managed to press the pedal beneath the wheel, starting it up at full speed. In her rush to catch the clay, she was lucky enough to slice the clay and fling it onto her smock at a surprising speed. The clay splattered against her, slashing on the people around her.
“Oof! Oooo,” she cooed, then caught herself. Her goal of growing her bust had started with a bit of a whimper - she was on birth control, and was noticing some swelling, but it had been hard to tell. Mostly, she was just growing more and more tender by the day. Slamming a wet mess of clay against her breasts wasn’t the nicest feeling - well, maybe it wasn’t the worst feeling. Something about the sensation stirred something inside Riley, but she tamped that feeling down before she moaned too loudly around strangers. She focused back on cleaning herself up when a hand with a rag reached out before her.
It was the man. “Here ya go,” he smirked, wiping off his face and blond hair.
“Did I get you?!” Riley was mortified.
“No, no,” he waved her away. “Well, yes, but don’t worry about it.”
“I’m so sorry,” Riley blushed even harder.
“Hey, I came in my most well-worn gym clothes. I was planning on getting dirty,” he assured her. Riley worked on collecting the clay back together and putting it back on the wheel. She was able to wipe her face and arms, and even though she’d never considered any ‘dirty’ activities to be much fun, she was truly enjoying herself.
She was able to build a cylinder again, and with some focus and patience, she was able to slice it off the wheel.
“Good work,” Ms. Andy noted as she walked around the room. Riley loved her style - it was like she picked any and every available fabric to make her outfit. Purple swirls, orange patches, green leaves - all these colors clashed to make her skirt, while her sweater was deep blue with an embroidered owl on the front.
“What a legend,” Riley remarked, looking at the man for agreement. He nodded, and they smiled.
The rest of the class was fairly smooth. Riley knew that if she believed in herself a bit more and moved with more decisiveness and confidence, she could really get the hang of this.
Ms. Andy had them work on coning up and down, shaping the clay, pulling it taller, and even opening it up with their thumbs. Riley wouldn’t be walking away from this class with a mug or ashtray, but she was excited to come back next week. Once the class was over, Riley waited to use the sinks to wash up and returned her clay to one of the “Reclaim Buckets,” and made sure to thank Ms. Andy.
“Oh, sweetie, you’re too kind,” Ms. Andy gripped Riley’s hand with both of hers and smiled back at her sincerely. “Hope to see you back soon, and be sure to clean that clay out of your hair with just water first.”
Riley nodded and thanked her once more before leaving. The brisk hair had her nipples poking out of her top firmly, giving her pleasant shivers up and down her spine. Her mind ran to thoughts of her tits growing heavier, pressing her shirt to its limits, making her cleavage deeper and impossible to miss. She thought of her breasts jiggling as she worked her clay, molding it into more and more complex pieces, all while her body grew.
“Good work tonight,” a voice broke her fantasy, and she nearly jumped at the sound of the man from her class. “Sorry, didn’t mean to sneak up on you.”
“No, no, it’s ok. I’m a jumpy person,” she rolled up onto the balls of her feet and back onto her heels, making her tits jiggle together. The man’s eyes darted down and then back up to her eyes. She wouldn’t describe herself as a flirt, but she was trying not to be offended by the gaze of strangers.
“Well, it was nice to meet you. I’m gonna head home and clean the clay out of my hair.”
“Again, so sorry about that.”
The man waved her away again, “Seriously, it’s all good. I actually might just leave it in,” he grabbed a piece and tried to pull it from his hair, but no luck.
“Well, it is definitely a statement piece. I would support you,” Riley teased.
“Very kind of you,” he chuckled. “Hope to see you next week!”
“Yeah, same,” Riley felt it. That rush of confidence and warmth in her chest. She stopped herself from shouting out to him, wanting to tell him it was nice to meet him or even just tell him her name, but her rush of joy wasn’t enough to overcome her anxiety. Maybe next time.
Riley watched the tall man disappear down the street, and she kicked herself. “You’re trying to make a new friend, girl. That’s not going to happen if they don’t know your name.” Riley started her trek back home, enjoying the city lights and the winter breeze flowing through the trees.
She shivered, even through her sweatshirt. She couldn’t wait to get home and take a warm bath. To have some company on her walk, she pulled out her phone and looked at the long-neglected group chat. All her friends - talking about their lives, their families, their jobs - and Riley was too overwhelmed to engage. She clicked the messages and went straight to the members list. She scrolled until she found the name she was looking for. She clicked the phone icon and held her iPhone to her ear.
It rang. Again and again.
Click.
“Well, look who it is!” A cheery voice boomed from the other side of the line, and Riley smiled.
“Hey Amanada, how’s it been?”
“Oh, so we’re just pretending you haven’t been a ghost for months, girl?” Amanda was always the more direct friend. Riley would laugh it off, but she knew it was true what Amanda was saying.
“I… I’m sorry, Amanda-” her friend cut her off.
“Girl, I’m just teasing. You’re an adult. You’ve got your life. I just want to hear from you every once in a while to make sure you’re alive. Deal?”
Riley smiled. “Deal.”
“So,” Amanda continued. “What’s new for Ms. Riley?”
“Well, I know it’s cliché, but I’m trying to actually stick to my New Year's Resolutions this year.”
“Girl, same. I may have already broken my dry January rule, but if you don’t tell anyone, we can pretend I’m still on track.” The girls giggled.
“Of course, I won’t tell anyone.”
Amanda continued, “So, am I one of your resolutions?”
“Yeah, actually. I’m trying to check in with friends, stick with a hobby, make a new friend, … date…”
Amanda howled in excitement on the other end of the line as Riley reached her apartment building. “Look at you! Good on you, girl. How’s it going so far?”
“Well, I did just take a pottery class, and I really liked it. I think I may have made a friend too!”
“Hell ya, babe! How’s the dating situation?” Riley cringed at the question. She had downloaded multiple dating apps, but she’d mainly been getting creeps saying things about her body, or just the most boring men alive.
“Its… not great. Hopefully, I find my prince charming soon.”
Amanda groaned. “Girl, be careful. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Just try to keep it casual.”
Riley flinched at this. She’d never felt comfortable with hooking up with no plans for something serious. She knew she was possibly being too strict with her preferences, but she was working on it. “I’m so casual!”
“Oh, yeah? I don’t remember the Riley I knew being the most laid back. Maybe New Year’s Riley is the chill variant?”
“Exactly!” Riley made her way up her stairs, her breasts bouncing heavily as she bounded up. “I made it home safe and have to get to making dinner, but… do you mind if I call you more often?”
“GIRL! YES! More than just wellness checks, ok?” Riley loved how easy it was to talk to Amanda.
“Of course. Love you, babe.”
“Love you! Don’t be a ghost!” Amanda hollered into her phone before Riley hung up. Riley smiled, not just because of her friend, but also because her package had arrived. She tossed her bag inside and made her way to her kitchen. She nabbed some leftovers from her pasta night and threw it in the microwave.
Riley grabbed her keys, tore open the cardboard box, and inspected the contents. Two pill bottles rolled around in her hand - Estrogen and Progesterone. Based on the dosage calculator she found online, she’d now start adding this in with her increased diet of soy products and nuts. She tossed two pills back with some cool soy milk and poured her warmed food into a bowl.
She made her way to her couch to watch the newest episode of her favorite sci-fi show, Doctor When, chowing down and then onto Phase 2. Riley slipped her hands under her bra, cupping her swollen J-cups. “Wow,” she whispered. “They feel so tender… and heavy.”
She wasn’t sure what was working, but something was. She began massaging, cooing while she worked her hands down her teats to her thick nipples. She rolled them in between her fingers, and then back up to the base of her tit. Pulling down, squeezing them gently, and then repeating.
She’d always been blessed with sensitive breasts, but already she’d noticed an uptick in sensitivity… and pleasure. She clenched her thick thighs together while picking up speed with her massaging. “Yes,” she whispered. She opened her laptop with one hand still on her breast, pulling up her favorite breast expansion content.
Tail-Blazer’s Bombshell Barista - the ultimate expansion porn. She watched the female barista’s body being manipulated by the male customer. Her breasts growing, her ass getting fatter, using the corner of the counter to hump out her frustration.
Riley’s free hand moved to her clit, teasing her glisenting pussy, picturing growing just like these characters. She pictured a man - tall, dark, handsome - kind, sweet, loving - sexy, dominating, hung. Riley’s breathing hitched as she picked up speed. She doubled over as her teasing turned to fingering, while her other hand pulled harder on her tit and switched between them.
“Yes, fuck!” Riley grew louder. “Bigger! Fuck, I need this. I need this!” She screamed as her orgasm grew in intensity. She couldn’t hold back. She came, squeezing her tit and diving her fingers in as deep as they could go. Teasing her g-spot and making her body flush red, thrashing as her mouth hung open in ecstasy.
“Fuck,” she withdrew her hands and moved to clean herself up. She closed her laptop out of shame, but her fantasy was strong. She wanted to grow. She loved how big she was already, but she needed more.
As she washed her hands, her phone buzzed -
New Match!
Riley grabbed her phone and looked at her mystery man. “Lucas. 5’10”, dark hair, loves to read, works in finance…” Riley looked through his bio, studying every detail when the first message came through.
“Hey Riley! Love your vibe, but serious question: are you a real Doctor When fan? Because if so, I think you’re my dream woman. But I do have some trivia questions for you.”
She smiled. “Oh, he thinks he knows more Doctor When lore than me?! He’s so on!” She laughed as she searched for the perfect meme.
The New Year was off to a good start.
