Your alphas are busy reconstructing their books. Unfortunately, they haven't found anything worth noting. Wicked's diary entries have been of her complaining about her family and the tower in which she was locked in. You know she gets out of the tower eventually, but Nanami wanted to be thorough and not skip around. He wanted to create the book from beginning to end to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Getou would work on one book and pick up another if he found the writing unhelpful. Much to the witches’ annoyance, who took the books to finish them.
You worked on your song as quietly as possible. Even though you had used your other pair of eyes, it was like you were reading in another language. You whispered the words to yourself, trying to find the tempo of the music. “Da…Damala…Se Quoell…?” The word ‘Quoell’ turned red. You noticed, as you spoke the words, the letters would light up a golden color but turn red if you got it wrong.
The music notes on the page would turn red, but they always turned red. You figured that meant you weren't following the pitch right. Well...you weren't about to bellow your heart out in the middle of the library..., but at least you were pronouncing some of the words right. The words Da Damala and Mala seemed to repeat throughout the song.
"Hey, guys." Nobara greeted you all as she and Maki joined you.
"Hey." You, along with your alphas, answered back while busy at work.
Nobara sat next to you, laying out her books; she seemed a bit awkward around you. Like she felt guilty about before. She smelt akin to mossy rain. It smelled like sorrow.
“You’ve clocked in to work.” You tried to lighten the mood with a joke.
“Clocking back in, actually, I was on a lunch break.” She then snorted, “I see Toji is still fast asleep."
"Surprised I didn't hear him when I came in." Maki joked; she was sitting next to Nobara.
"Momo heard him outside the library, came in just to smack that piece of magic tape on his mouth." Getou informed.
"Does he snore that loud?" You chuckle, wondering how it never bothered you.
"You probably don't notice it since he's your alpha." Nanami commented. "It might just sound like white noise to you."
"Maybe it's what helps me sleep." You mused playfully.
"Momo complained all about it.” Nobara had a smile on her lips, but it dropped when she saw the book you had in your hands. "Oh, are you joining us in the funeral?"
You nodded your head, "Yes...The pups wanted me to."
"Well, you'd better learn the right song. That’s the wrong one.”
You furrowed your brows, "Um...I could have sworn this was the one G.Ma asked me to sing..." You double check, flipping the pages to come back to the same one you were on. The title reading- ‘Da Damala Se Quoell.’
Maki leaned over to look, "Are you sure G.Ma asked you to sing that one?"
You nodded, even though you were second-guessing your memory. "I am positive she said this one. The song of death, right?”
"Yes, it is..." Nobara agreed, "But that's the song for the lead chanter. Usually, the partner or the head witch sings it. But with pups involved without any of their parents…it’s whoever is adopting them."
"Oh- what?" You sat up straight, now looking at the book and then at your alphas, who appeared just as curious.
"I don’t see the issue...you do want to adopt the pups, don’t you?” Nanami shrugged.
"Yeah- I do...But I had no idea there was a formal way of doing it. I thought I’d just get paperwork or something.”
“Paperwork?” Nobara and Maki laughed at your idea-
Well, that’s how they do it in your world! You didn’t know there was a whole song you had to sing for custody! What if there’s a custody battle? Do you do a dang rap battle?
You felt this just become ten times more important. “So all I have to do is sing this song, and that’s it?”
"It’s not assss simple, but if you want the pups, then that is the right song for you. You just have to make sure you do it perfectly.” Pointing at the title, Nobara says, “Da Damala Se Quoell- or Your Last Dance for Death. It’s her last dance before death, or Quoell, takes her to Alune. The Goddess of the Moon. You are going to be casting the spell, so their mother can pass on. If Akasi does not dance, she rejects you as the pups' dam...or if you mess up, it can ruin the funeral.
“No pressure, of course.” Maki added in with a little snort.
“Yeah ~ no pressure.” Nobara said, now realizing the sudden freak-out you were about to have.
"Oh my Tengen!" You nearly shouted, making the witches at other tables look at you in annoyance. You didn’t even have it in you to notice, Nanami apologizing on your behalf- your gaze on the betas, You hiss, "-are you serious? Why didn't G.Ma tell me how crucial this is?" You whisper-shouted.
Nobara shrugged, "Maybe she didn't want to alarm you?"
"Or maybe she's setting you up for failure." Getou muttered.
You looked at your alpha with wide eyes, "You think she wants me to mess up?"
"No, I wouldn't say that." Maki shook her head, "If you told her you wanted to adopt the girls, this is how witches do it. It is their tradition. G.Ma has done it for…” The beta drifted off, but Nobara answered for her.
“Me. She sang the song for… my dad…. Actually, she sang it for pretty much everyone here.”
“This… sort of thing seems like an honor then.” Nanami commented, looking toward you. He was trying to ease your rising stress.
You puffed out your cheeks, feeling a tiny bit better about the situation. "Alright…I guess it is…”
“Is it feasible for her to learn it within the given time?” Getou questioned.
“It’s not too hard, you just gotta learn how to sing it. If anything, you can read out of the book if you forget the words.” Nobara said.
That was a plus, you suppose. But you have to figure out how to pronounce these words correctly. The way Nobara pronounced ‘Quoell’ was like ‘quail’. That’s one word down; now you need to learn the others along with the tone. “I have three moons to learn it, can you guys help me please? I really want to get it right."
The two looked excited, "Yeah, of course! I can show you how much I’ve learned as a rising staaaar~.” She used a sing-song voice near the end.
Oh boy-She sounded just as bad as the first time.
On second thought, maybe you should have asked someone else.
"Thanks, I’d like to get started like now." You stood, kissing your alphas goodbye, even your sleeping Toji. "We will talk later." You say, squeezing Nanami's shoulders on your way out.
"Alright, good luck, sweetheart."
~
Oh, you were so, so very stressed.
You had been practicing the Last Dance over and over again in the Witches’ meeting room. The way your voice echoed helped you hear yourself. So you can make sure you got the pitch right.
Nobara couldn't sing well, but she was a good coach. How can someone be tone-deaf yet not be at the same time? The beta had the keys to success but no door to open.
As you sang your heart out, the notes would glow gold along with the words, but one little mess up and Nobara would cut you off-
"Nope, start over."
You breathed a frustrated sigh, "I can't mess up once?"
The girls shook their heads in pity.
Maki held up a finger, "Sorry, Raven, not one note or word can be wrong. Again."
So you started again. Chanting the song. It was an easy song once you got the words right, but you had to be mindful of the rhythm. Nobara used her hands like a conductor to keep you steady. While they both hummed and chanted for background vocals.

You finished the song with a few red marks near the end, but Nobara let you sing it all the way through.
“Better, much better…”
“But it needs to be perfect.” You took a sip of your last drops of water before cracking the book open again. “Alright, let’s go again…” You cleared your throat, getting ready.
"Actually, let's take a break." Maki suggested. "We've been at it for a while. Coming back with a fresher mindset can help."
Your brows furrowed, knowing she was right... But you didn't feel like you had the luxury of relaxing when this needed to be perfect in like 48 hours. The day was already gone, and you believed it was dipping into the night. "Yeah... okay." 'Conceding', you leaned against the podium, eyes still reading the book.
"Miss Ma'am, that is not taking a break." Nobara chided you.
You released a little snort, "Fine fine fine." You took your gaze away from the words. "What are we chanting? I know it is the last dance, but what does everything else mean?"
Maki looked toward Nobara, "I don't know the complete translation."
"We are chanting her funeral song. Allowing her to dance one last time. The pieces of her beautiful life come together as she says goodbye to her family and answers Alune's calling home. Ifanca Ishè means farewell for now until we meet again. As witches, we never say goodbye...it became a common term amongst us since I could remember. Ifanca Ishè is like saying... I promise that we will meet again, even if someone dies...because in the end...we will always meet no matter what... either in this life or with Alune."
"Oh..." It was bittersweet. An unfortunate circumstance that called for such small comfort. Knowing that their lives could end so soon, and the chances of meeting again were slim. G.Ma had gotten into an argument with Asaki, and just like that, she was killed during her travels. You were sure the elder woman regretted their argument very deeply. You wondered if she gave her the proper goodbye. That kind of fear and reality built such a response. "...I rather like that...actually. It's comforting..." You offered the girl a sad smile, knowing that she probably held on to it as she said farewell to her parents during their last dance. If Asaki does dance, you will see her spirit. "...What will happen if I cry during this? Will it mess it up?" You questioned as an afterthought.
The betas seemed surprised by your statement.
"No-but you would cry for Asaki?" Nobara questioned.
"Did you know her?" Maki added.
"No...but she seemed like a kind woman. A woman who was killed trying to help others, despite her own fears...The way the pups talk about her...I know she was a good mother...I haven't talked to anyone who had a bad thing to say about her... I may not have known her directly, but she didn't deserve such a cruel fate...she didn't deserve to have her life cut so short."
Nobara teared up a bit as she wiped at her eyes, "She was...she didn't have a mean spell in her book. And it makes me so angry...this world continues to kill good people... It's- It's not fair." The anger and sorrow in Nobara's tone were hard to miss.
You could see her face start to bleed ink tattoos. Smell burnt herbs wafting in your direction.
"I know I know..." Maki came over to comfort Nobara.
"It's just not fair, Maki-" She cried with gritted teeth. "-They kill all of us, then who is left to help others reach Alune?"
And in that moment, you realized how awful Nobara's situation in the game was. It was more than everyone dying, making her hate grow stronger. Since there was no one to sing her song or her people's song...she was unable to give them their proper rest...and no one was able to give hers. Her fate was more cruel than you could have ever imagined.
You sat with Nobara and Maki, hugging the woman and purring softly for her. Comforting her the best way you knew how.
"Nobara...I want you to know if something were to occur, and the worst-case scenario happens..." You didn't even want to say it- "...I'll carry on your tradition and make sure everyone makes it home to Alune."
"That's-that's very kind of you." She sniffled again before saying, "I...I truly am sorry for the way I reacted..."
"It's okay, Nobara, you already apologized for that. Release it to the wind."
"But it got me thinking..." Maki spoke up. "...If you are not evil, then why can you carry the book?"
"The Shikigami spoke to me, actually." You stated, now feeling more comfortable, discouraging them from such a thought process. "It said it does not align itself with good or bad. If someone defeats him, then he becomes their weapon. I feel as though whoever had used him in the past caused great harm to your family. And therefore, they deemed anyone who can wield it as evil due to fear. I believe it's a scare tactic to keep anyone from trying to even pick it up."
The two nodded to your words.
"I can see that..."
"I don't want you guys to be afraid of my pack. I know they did a lot in the past that I cannot erase, but I'd like to pave the way to a better future for all of us. A future where you guys do not have to hide in another realm in fear...a future where people like Asaki aren't killed. If using that Shikigami can help me achieve such goals, then I'd like for you to try to persuade G.Ma to let me take the book."
The girls looked at each other, coming to a silent decision. Then they looked toward you with a small nod. "Ok, we will do it."
You smiled at their agreement. "Perfect-." You sniffed once or twice, a mix of honey, coffee, and mint coming your way. "Ah~ My alphas are here." You stated, just as the doors opened and your men shuffled in.
"I know, Nanami, you don't have to say it again." Toji muttered. He looked a bit annoyed.
Getou looked amused.
Which meant your daddies were arguing, perhaps.
"Hello, my alphas." You greeted them, while the girls stood and bowed to them in respect.
"The other two should be here soon. Is this a good time for the pack meeting?" Your blonde questioned.
"Yes, we are actually taking a break."
"It's getting close to dinner, so we should go help the others in the kitchen. More practice in the morning?" Nobara questioned.
"That would be great, thanks for your help today."
"No problem. Have fun with your talk." The betas twiddled their fingers at you as they left.
"How did the practice go, darling?" Getou leaned over the back of the bench, kissing your cheek.
You blew out a breath of air, slapping both hands upon your cheeks, "I don't think it went bad, but I am so stressed out about it. Even if I get the song right, Asaki can still refuse to dance...and if she does, that means she doesn't accept me as the pups' mom."
Nanami shook his head, "Why would anyone deny you? You would be a great mother to them."
"I can think of one reason why she would." Getou commented, his gaze moving to Toji.
Your alpha looked a bit hurt by the suggested comment. "I hope she...doesn't reject you due to what I did to her partner..."
"Well..." You shifted in your seat to look at Toji, "...That, I was actually going to talk to you about that earlier... G.Ma had told me the man had transformed into a spirit last year. The girls were hidden, but they had seen you...If you hadn't killed him, he would have hurt those pups. A fate I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted."
That statement had everyone quiet a bit.
"Even then...I'm the one who did it...monster or not. I'm the one who took their papa away."
"I think...in their hearts, they know the truth...and I hope Asaki can see that too. If not, then..." You shrug. "It is what it is..."
Nanami nudged Toji, "There is something you were also supposed to say."
Your alpha cleared his throat, "I-Yeah, I'm sorry about how I reacted earlier. That wasn't fair of me to do. I was being a hypocrite..."
"Is this about the whole punishment thing?" You questioned.
Toji nodded, "That punishment was not deserved, and unfair to you. And I apologize for being a bad Alpha. I understand why you do what you do. Same with the whole training thing. I was actually the one to convince Getou to let you do it...and I... I blamed you for my own choice. Even though I agreed. Truth is... I never know if I am making the right decision when it comes to you. And the thought of something happening to you makes me...terrified. I never know if I'm being a good alpha, letting you have so much free will-"Woah there-"-but...I love seeing you happy more than anything. You just make it difficult to protect you-"
"Don't blame our omega."
Toji hissed at Nanami's words, "Yeah- right sorry, I need to do better. To make sure nothing happens to you...but I can't promise I won't get like that again... So if that happens....Just call one of them to handle me."
"Why?" You questioned with a grin, "I think I did pretty well dealing with you myself."
Your alpha seemed taken aback by your statement, smiling sheepishly, "I guess you did..."
"I can't wait to see how you handle our troublemakers." Getou snickered evilly.
"Aren't you a part of the troublemakers?" Nanami snorted.
Getou gasped. "How, dare you accuse me!"
"Speaking of troublemakers..." You looked around for them, "Where are they?"
Your blonde flipped open his pocket watch. "Late." He commented plainly.
Just as he said that word, the two came in with a lazy stride. Not at all hurried. Didn't they know this was an important meeting?!
You stand fixing them with a little glare, "Why are you late?"
Sukuna raised a brow, "Clearly, I was busy."
You clicked your tongue, not at all surprised by his sour attitude. You looked toward Gojo, "And you?"
Gojo grinned, "Clearly, I was busy." He echoed.
Ah- still being a Sukuna 2.0. And here you thought you corrected his behaviour.
Getou chuckled behind his sleeve. While Nanami and Toji looked displeased with the two.
"Care to explain why you are acting in such puppish behaviour?" Nanami questioned.
"She knows why." Sukuna sat with his foot propped on his knee.
Gojo stood next to Toji with his hands in his pockets. "Is this meeting about a certain beta?"
You lowered your eyes, keeping your tone even, "This meeting is about a lot of things. I will make sure I get through it swiftly to not waste your precious time." Changing gears, you turned your attention to the group as a whole. "But we can start with that first. As I'm sure all of you know, Choso is here, and I am trying to get him out of his cell. He believes the witches want to resurrect a creature called The Thing using the miracle book Yuta is looking for. I don't know if this is the very monster that scares G.Ma, and has some sort of connection with Yuji. And they could very well have the same agenda that I hope to connect...so we must keep our eyes open to anything suspicious and make sure Choso doesn't attack anyone until further notice. Worst case scenario, Choso is right and the witches have been lying to us the whole time."
"So we have to babysit him? Why not leave him in the cage then?" Sukuna questioned in annoyance.
"Didn't you hear me say the witches could be the enemy here? If they are, I want him to prove it, and if they aren't, I want them to join together and finally show Choso his father has been lying to him his whole life. If we can do that, Choso might be able to tell us inside information. I don't understand how you don't understand."
"It's very simple, I'm sure the majority of us understand." Nanami nodded, making Sukuna glare at him and Getou snicker.
"Great- on to the next topic. Toji already knows this, but Mahoraga had spoken to me last night and said he is not evil or good. He does as his master tells him. However, what I did not tell Toji was the fact that he calls me a 'Star Hero.' I don't know what that could mean. Has anyone heard of such a title?"
Your alphas looked amongst each other as they shook their heads and shrugged.
Toji spoke first, "No, never heard of it... But if he is calling you a hero...that isn't a negative connotation."
"Unless you are Sukuna, his heroes are questionable." Gojo joked.
"Power is all I care about. Much like this Mahoraga."
"Riiiight~ SO- This Shikigami does know more than he is telling me. However, he won't tell me until I defeat him. Or we- defeat him."
"G.Ma is never going to let us take that book." Nanami frowned. "You saw how she reacted."
You nodded, "I know, but I am trying to persuade her. I already sent Nobara and Maki to speak on my behalf. If I am the one wielding it, that does not make me evil. It's what I do with it. By what G.Ma had said about the book belonging to a Wicked Witch, I can only assume Wicked or Midnight used Mahoraga against her family. And since then, they feared the monster locked inside."
"Or what if this monster is lying..." Toji began cautiously. "...What if he made Wicked evil?"
You gestured to Nanami, "He has been working on her diary, so there might be an entry on Mahoraga. However, by the sound of it, in the end, she only speaks in a happy tone. She doesn't sound crazed or deranged. If anything, her life has gotten better since the first page. Maybe she used him to escape? But I do not think this Shikigami is something scary. SO- any other thoughts or emotions?"
"I would love to wield such power, so you know I am on board." Getou nodded.
"How could you wield him if it is she who can pick it up?" Gojo pointed out.
"Well- she's not a summoner, so how could she even use him?"
"The Shikigami said our bond is why we can use him. He called you my um...soul bonded partner...said through that connection... that's why..." You said the words slowly, realizing how such a thing sounds, saying it out loud.
"Our bond?" Getou grinned as everyone looked at him, confused. "Does that mean we have the strongest connection out of the pack?" he boasted proudly.
You could smell and feel the heat rising- "I-I don't know! That's just what the Shikigami said. In some of my games that I have played before, there would be some heightened power when the characters had a great bond- so maybe I can do that with everyone!" You quickly spewed, "-but I won't know unless we beat this guy!"
The others seemed to settle a bit, but they still seemed to bristle at this news.
"How would we know if we are soul-bonded?" Gojo questioned. "Or is it because you like Getou more?"
"Maybe it's because he was the first to take her..." Nanami muttered low.
"I am very honored, darling." Getou spoke 'shyly' with a flutter of his lashes.
Toji looked sad, "Do I scare you...?"
Oh, good heavens, these MEN!
"GUYS! You know I love you all equally, so please stop! I don't know what this means! Maybe it's just a summoner thing!" You clap as you say, "But -we- can -find- out!"
"I want to fight this Shikigami now." Nanami stated with a stern tone.
"Yes, I as well." Toji agreed.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS SHIKIGAMI CAN BE TRICKING YOU, MR. TOJI-.
"Alright! GO try to convince G.Ma-" You paused, shaking your head, "On second thought- let me talk to her."
"I don't care what she says. We are fighting this thing one way or another. Tell her, do not ask." Sukuna crossed his arms, looking all the more pouty.
"We don't want to start anything, so please let me handle that, but there is one final thing." You sighed, starting to feel exhausted with this discussion. "Yuta...and do not repeat this to anyone...but Yuta said....he can get my memories back..."
That had everyone perking up, "He's ready?" Getou asked in surprise.
"...Yes...well he's..." You slowly nodded, afraid to tell them that G.Ma already knew he could, but she withheld that information. "...Yes. However, you can't speak about it, not even to G.Ma."
"Why?" Gojo, along with everyone else looked confused.
"Because um..." You move around your hands with uncertainty, "...She thinks... we will turn on her once we get what we want..."
It took them a moment to realize what you were saying, then they looked pissed and annoyed at the same time.
"That-"
"I know, please don't go crazy with this information. Yuta is really sticking his neck out to help us. G.Ma is just someone who is trying to protect her family."
"When are you going to stop making excuses for this woman?" Sukuna scoffed. "People die every day. She can be cautious all she wants, but it gets to a point where it's ridiculous."
"And turns into using you..." Nanami mentioned with a rub to his chin. "...You know I don't appreciate those who take advantage of your good heart..."
You smacked your lips and sighed, "Listen, I know...and if it weren't for the other good witches, I would have been out of here...but that is their Grandwitch... She is...giving me an important task to sing at her granddaughter's funeral...it is their tradition they follow for adoption. I think...that is a good sign that she wants to accept us...so let's hold on to that...please. I don't want to cause the girls anymore distress..."
"When we get out of here, can we go contactless?"
You laughed at Gojo's remark. Despite your little feud with him. "G.Ma cares for those girls, and though she pisses me off, I know she would do anything for them. But yes, we can try to limit how often we visit. Any other questions?" You open the floor to everyone.
"When can Yuta get started on your memories?" Toji urged.
"He tried to give them to me earlier, but I just...wasn't ready, and I wanted to discuss it with you all first. I figured you'd want to be there."
That got a few smiles.
"Thanks... for talking to us about this." Nanami nodded, "We will be there when he does it. I expect him to tell me everything he is doing and the entire process."
"I'm sure he will have no issues."
"..."
A loud growl sounded off, and everyone looked toward Toji, who lightly blushed.
"All that food and you didn't eat one thing?"
"I got it for her!"
"She didn't even eat it all!"
You let out a little laugh, "It's all good, I'm sure dinner is almost ready. I'm going to go get cleaned up, then I'll meet you guys." You kissed Nanami as you said, "Meeting adjourned." Then you walk to Getou and kiss him, then you kiss Toji, and then- you walk off. "See you later, alphas."
"Excuse me?" Sukuna growled as he stood.
You stopped looking over your shoulder, face painted with curious blinks, "Yes, my alpha?"
Gojo looked just as flabbergasted- he was standing right next to Toji, ready for his kiss, when you had just passed him by without even a look. "Are you forgetting someone?"
"You mean someones?" Sukuna added.
"Oh! I thought you guys were too busy. I didn't want to waste anymore of your precious time." You waved off, continuing along your way.
"Why, you brat-" Sukuna hissed, coming for you, but Toji put his hand up to stop him.
"You two have been acting like dicks. Maybe you will get a kiss when you apologize." Toji glared.
You had slipped away, Sukuna scoffing. "Yet when you fuck up, she just lets you. Even make excuses for you."
Toji frowned, "That is not true."
"I believe the way Toji handles such situations is different." Nanami commented. "She didn't like what you had done in the woods, but she understood why you did. You just took it too far, and continue to do so even now. She allows you grace, but you can't even meet her halfway. That's the difference."
Toji looked rather smug from the backup.
Sukuna looked at Gojo with a hiss, "Are you going to back me up here?"
The white-haired alpha looked toward him with a dumbfounded expression. He had been staring at the door the entire time. "Huh, what? What are we talking about?"
Getou let out a laugh, "Gojo isn't on your side, you dokko, he clearly has a different agenda."
Gojo looked confused, "What? What are you talking about? This shit blows!"
The others looked just as confused.
Getou sighed, shaking his head, "I know you better than you know yourself, old pup. You are on your own with this one, Sukuna."
Toji and Nanami seemed to catch on before the two. They both snorted.
"You gotta figure this one out, Sukuna." Toji waved as he followed Getou out.
"Sooner rather than later." Nanami added while he too left.
"Do you idiots not see what is happening here!?" Sukuna growled, "First shes going to invite him in and then it's going to progress more than that! DON'T LET THIS BETA FOOL YOU- HE HAS ALPHA TRAITS! THIS MIGHT AS WELL BE AN ALPHA WE ARE INVITING INTO OUR PACK! DON'T YOU GET IT?!" Sukuna settled his anger, looking toward Gojo, who still looked spaced out and deep in thought. That's when he noticed the slight arousal coming off the alpha... and he blew up again- "GOJO WHAT THE FUCK?!"
"I DON’T KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING!”

Chef Note: I just want to say how thankful I am for having you guys in my kitchen. It really helps to rant about things and talk about life with you. It's nice to know I'm not alone or to feel validated for how I feel.
As funny as this is about to sound, I was actually really sad about that diner leaving the kitchen due to my political rant. I know you guys want me to be like ariana grande era and say Thank you next- but It did make me pretty sad.
I do NOT wake up in the morning and think to myself- "Hmmm I can't WAIT to piss some people off!" I am, without a doubt, a people pleaser because I like to make people happy. Writing this story and reading all your comments brings me a lot of joy. The thought of upsetting someone or making someone angry makes me feel bad because I don't want to.
If I ever type or do anything that upsets you, I hope you understand that that was never my intention. Please message me- let me know that something upset you and give me the chance to either apologize or explain myself. If you still feel the way you do, then I am sorry that I hurt you.
I only want to use this story as a means to escape reality. That's how it started for me, and that's how it will continue. I will keep writing until I can't write anymore. If one story is not to your liking, maybe another will be.
I view it as simple as me being a chef and you not liking pasta or pizza. It doesn't hurt my feelings that you like what you like, so consume/read what you want to.
The same goes for these chef notes. Most of the time, I'm just blabbing and talking about whatever. You do not have to read these. You don't have to even comment or like. It will not hurt my feelings I promise.
If you are here to enjoy the story and escape to the alpha world as reader than that is all I care about and that is all that I need. Even if you leave the kitchen and read it as I post it on AO3 or Wattpad, I know money can be tight and things can get rough. Sooner or later this entire story will be free online and you can go read and it and many others as many times as you need to even after I leave this earth.
I know it is no noble task but I find it comforting to know that I was able to give you or anyone some sort of happiness/joy even for just a little bit.
And that is why I am here and why I type.
So thank you for your support and your love. And enough of this sap fest. v=v

Song/Chant Info- The Song- Da Damala Se Quoell is something that I made up; the words are also made up. If you remember Ansho- that means to answer. It's how we answered the phone. So in the song, they are telling their spirit to answer Alune's calling.
Lorn Acid- Rain is the inspiration for the song. When I was a cheerleader in high school, I learned the entire dance in the music video because I loved it so much lol. Pretty much a girl passes away due to a car accident, and she is dancing one last time, and as the video progresses, the girl starts to bleed, and she realizes she died in the car crash.
I have different versions of the chanting in my head if you want me to be honest, and I can't really decide on how I want it to sound, so I leave it up to you to make your own. Unless you want me to add more audible help, I can try to find a way to share how it sounds to me.
