I have decided to limit the number of requests from normal (6.5$) members to 2 per month.
However, you may still send me messages even if you exceed the limit. i will adopt your request depending on the content.
I will almost certainly adopt characters from genshin, and i will also adopt characters from the Blue Archive during the anime broadcast period only with a high probability.
