Surely, this will work! Right? Can this rabble manage to catch the signals of the air pirates who sacked this outpost? Probably not, and they’d better hope they don’t catch a bayonet or sword in the side while they’re at it!
The fennec at the bottom right was the first original character I considered developing in the Talespin inspired/expanded story. What began as a fun imagined crossover hourlong special really could instead be a separate series with characters I create (probably in the same universe).
I developed this drawing in bursts of effort over about two years. It was always intended to be printed as a vertical banner sometime in the future. Enjoy! And, don’t climb each other with swords!
