Optional top surgery scars with its own color slider for both skin tones, along with a separate vagina color slider.
Custom "T Dick" sculpt.
All of this and more can be modified in a user-friendly menu courtesy of the "CharacterUI" addon.
Optional "ALT" file for having up to 2 Helldivers in a scene while maintaining the CharacterUI menus. (Despite differing file sizes, the two should be identical aside from different names.)
Important Notes
Model was built for Blender 4.1
This upload shares the same texture files with the cisgender Helldiver Supersoldier model. If you already have that, you can choose to download "FTM Textures.zip" and merge it with your original files.
When appending, only select the collection(s) marked "Append."
To Use the Character Menu, run the respective alphanumerically-named .py script by navigating to the text tab in Blender, selecting the script from the dropdown menu, and hitting the "play" button.
