In other news, I finally got a long-awaited appointment last week with an orthopedist for my wrist. Unlike every other doctor I've seen over the past 12 years for issues with pain, he didn't blame the problem on depression/anxiety/stress/sadness and was able to immediately pinpoint the part that hurts (which was nuts because even I couldn't quite isolate the spot all this time.) 2026 starts with an MRI. Not sure what my options will be, but for now I'm optimistic about it.
