When I was younger, I always knew I wanted to create content. From my cringy nightcore and stuffed animal videos (which have since been scrubbed from the internet), to makeup videos, to then Minecraft streams, I never imagined this community would be where I land. Throughout it all, I always knew that no matter what, I wanted to bring just a little love into someone's day.
I know I'm never shy to say thank you to all of you lovely souls who listen to me. But I feel at times I truly don't say enough how thankful I am and how you (yes YOU) have changed my life. To start, I'm simply a college student hoping to get her degree in Communications who still lives at home with her mother. I also have two pets who at times make it difficult to record at my desk. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, working out, and playing video games with those I love (even League).
The future used to scare me when I looked beyond my schooling. I never could say confidently where and what I wanted to do with my life. But now, thanks to you, I can. Every day, I get to bring the best audios I can to all of you lovely people who somehow found my little side of the internet. I get to play so many characters that can be kind or callous, shy or confident, a roommate or a friend. I get to meet so many artists, scriptwriters, and people every day that make LeyLey who she is.
As said constantly in my Twitch streams, I always am so surprised looking back at what I've accomplished in a year. Just a year ago, I was researching what a VTuber was and now, I'm going to be debuting my own model in 11 days. I used to barely post on Reddit, but now I'm excited to make a new audio every Wednesday for my listeners both old and new. The future used to be scary, but now, I look forward to it.
I won't take up any more of your festivities, but I just had to make sure you know how much you mean to me and I can't wait to see where our journey takes us next year.
