The only legitimate way to get a moth from your ceiling 😇Wanted to post this on the weekend but then I had a fight with my new office chair, as in - it was not mountable (is that the right word?) so I had a long conversation with the support center chat bot till they finally transferred me to a real person. And then I had the weirdest interaction in which I was asked to verify my identity (which is like fair) but the way to verify myself was to say "it is me"? Like stating my name that I've stated multiple times before. And I asked them how saying "This is ____" is verifying that it is REALLY me, but I didn't get an answer and now they're sending a new chair and pick up the un-mountable (???) one to an adress a random stranger could've told them (cuz after verifying myself I was allowed to pick whatever address). But I guess I take it as a win, it was just kinda weird and they should probably work on their security measurments? In the end I could've called but I'm still certain this 1h+ chatbot chat was less painful than any phone call could ever be💪Anyhow - thanks for listening to my chair talk!
