DESCRIPTION
Kevin Zhao was the rude and overconfident new addition to the smaller gym Chun Li visited at times. He quickly over powered most of the challengers there and it wasn't long before his hungry gazed turned to the older martial artist.
Formerly a heavy weight champion, he's turned to dominating the underground world of fighting after he was expelled from more official tournaments because of his brutal nature.
After a humiliating defeat, Chun Li finds him in one such arena and decides to thoroughly pay the brute back for the embarrassment he'd caused her!
