kPlug 3.54/ksPlug update

I wish you a very happy new year! Given the pace at which geopolitics and technology are evolving, one can wonder what the year 2026 will look like.

Here's an update for kPlug and ksPlug; it adds a new position (actually 2), "Feet on Chest" for desk and chair context.

I started working on this position (seated version) without really believing in it, and then finally it's not so bad and even quite original, so I also adapted it for desk context.
