[Pregnancy YCH Commission] For beandog17

This commission is one I have been SO excited to work on and I am absolutely delighted by the result. For those who may not recognize it, it is the finished product of the NSFW Couple Illustration YCH I had open on VGen! I only opened two slots for it (and have since retired it for the foreseeable future), not really expecting anyone to grab it, but I was pleasantly surprised to have at least one slot snagged 😊

I've done a few pieces/sketches here and there with a pregnancy/lactation kink/fetish theme going on, and wanted to create something more polished and intimate with those same themes~
