To ensure you receive all your benefits, tickets, and items, you need to connect your Patreon account to our website. Below is a quick guide on how to do this and how the delivery system works.

1. How to Activate Your Membership Perks

To unlock your subscription benefits, please follow these steps:

Go to [wtr-lab.com/en/profile/settings].

Log in to your WTR-Lab account. (For a smoother process, we recommend using the same email address associated with your Patreon account).

Follow the steps on the settings page to link your Patreon account.

Note: Patreon's API can occasionally experience slight sync delays. If your benefits do not appear active immediately, please wait 10–15 minutes and try reconnecting.

2. How Patreon Shop Purchases Work

If you bought an item or ticket from our Patreon Shop:

Connection Required: Your Patreon account must be connected to your WTR-Lab account (using the steps above) so our system knows where to send your items.

Delivery Time: Our system automatically scans for new shop purchases every 2 hours to allocate tickets to your connected account.
