Build 1 full resolution assets

Hey folks! Here's the full resolution backgrounds and CGs for chapter 1.

Quick note: You might notice that there's one CG where 'full resolution' is the same size as the game resolution. In this case, that's just the canvas size that it was drawn at. In the future, they'll generally be double resolution or higher.
