Lowering Tier1 and Tier2 prices by $1 each

Pretty much what the title says! Tier1 is now $5 and Tier2 is now $10This means the next time you get charged for your pledge, it'll be at these new rates 👍

I've been thinking about changing up things here for a while. Overall I'd like my work to be more accessible so that's the first step towards this direction

I will probably make much bigger changes to tiers in the future, but I will let you know more about that once I am 100% sure of what I want to do.
