Did you know that initially, in the original script, this sequence was longer?
Before Bobok tried to crush Darklady, she fought back, giving him a fierce beating. Pimper listened to the noises and spied from afar, being fascinated by Darklady's strength. Then Bobok would catch her in his arms to kill her, and Pimper would come to her aid, just like the final cut.
Since this was one of the last sequences we animated and production time had stretched too far, we decided to trim the sequence, resulting in the cut you all know.
