完成が遅れて申し訳ありません！
L2Dの完成自体は既に済んでいたのですが、エンコードに問題が発生したため、今日になってようやく投稿することになりました。
これに関しまして、ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
全く原因不明の理由で、エンコードが正常に進行していません。
何とか高画質版は確保できましたが、標準画質版のエンコードがほぼ停止した状態です。
今月ももうすぐ終わりますが、このままでは最低でも数日はPCをフル稼働させても完成時期が予測できない状況です。そのため今回は動画のみ、ティアに関係なく高画質でアップロードせざるを得ない状況です。
公平性に反する部分だと認識しておりますが、どうか今回は広い心でご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
For reasons I simply cannot fathom, the encoding process isn't proceeding normally.
I managed to secure the high-quality version somehow, but the standard-quality encoding has practically stalled.
With this month almost over, continuing like this means even running the PC at full capacity for several days offers no guarantee of completion. Therefore, this time, I have no choice but to upload the video in high quality regardless of tier.
I realize this may seem unfair, but I sincerely ask for your understanding this time.
