I was taught while I was working on getting a music degree focusing on education that a good teacher will pursue education even after they have earned their degree. A good teacher will keep learning to make sure their students get the best education possible.
I feel like Koro-sensei is a good example of that in this episode.
I felt bad for Koro-sensei when he felt like he let his students down. This is how a good teacher will feel when their students don't do well when they try.
