In one of the most recent episodes we saw a short clip of what happened to Kaizaki's senpai. I wasn't sure at first, but after this episode we now know for sure that she did end up taking her own life.
I was glad this episode happened. We got to see what actually happened and I really think Kaizaki really needed to see what he did made and impact on those who unfortunately have started working for that company.
