Seth and Ryan have been grinding on a phenomenal project
Our sweet boys dive deep into the history of how international players have broken into the NBA, told through the career of longtime coach/executive Donnie Nelson.. Part one of that project dropped recently and it’s an exciting pillar for what's to come in what we’re calling Secret Base Presents, which is us using Patreon to drop quality one-off videos outside of our usual series. I’ve worked with Jon for years, and it still puzzles me where his mind can go, so I’m the least bit surprised that he obsessed over a guy in Dave Rozema that he knew very little about before making the episode.

Seth and Ryan will be dropping off Episode Two of The Donnie Project on April 13th. The next stop in their journey will cover SARUNAS '87. Be on the lookout for that, and at the very least, please show Seth love for the ability to correctly pronounce some of the toughest names I’ve ever seen. I can barely pronounce my own name, and the dude is pronouncing Lithuanian names with ease, like he’s straight outta Panemunė.
Jon will be coming in hot with episode six of The History of Charging the Mound. Not to give too much away, but after a team meeting with Jon, he detailed a strange relationship between former Kansas City Royals player George Brett and the famed political commentator Rush Limbaugh. Really, strange shit.
Oh, and as for me, I’ve been cooking up a Beef History episode on one of the beefiest characters in our beefverse as I dive into an episode of Richard Sherman beefing with his own team, the Seattle Seahawks.
