Helixftr Deluxe New Title Art

I've drawn up new title screen art for Helixftr Deluxe with Alsnapz's permission, which is now in the game.

I ended up spending too long on it, but I really wanted it to be good. I tried to make it hearken back to the gameplay graphics of the game.
