Just human things. So this was something I wanted to do because I felt like everyone knows this feeling, it haunts me alot, it's blunt, and made hideous. Just as I like.
I was up 'til after 5 AM doodlin' the initial guides for this, since I knew I'd just have racing ideas if I tried to sleep.
So this shot was originally gonna follow the Duckman logic of the glasses being the eyes, but I wanted to show an eyeball aimed at the mirror.
My cranky heart.
I copied and pasted some of these sketches into the panels, and made it resemble a shattered mirror.
I also was gonna talk more like Mario up there, but I decided against it. Hoo-hoooo.
To complete the gag more, I had the mirror be lightly offended, like somebody hitting below the belt, then passing it as a joke. The mirror sure likes to make fun of ya.
Can't say I see this getting around all that much, since it's just my brain vomit (Which I'd use as a title, but it sounds too much like Max G's "Brain Dump", but it just came natural to me.
One of the more blunt comics I did-- I FORGOT TO ADD A PIKMIN, NOW 3/4 OF MY FOLLOWING IS ALIENATED. DANG IT. GROB DARN IT. CONSARN IT. GOD BLESS IT. RECTAL BLAST IT. Oh, I got ch-ch-ch-changes for Pikmin Bits in the future, also. Just gonna toss that in there.
Eh, I'll add a Pikmin in the morning.
