About in-game activations (Patreon)

I am aware of an issue where some new subscribers may experience delayed in-game activations. If that's happening to you, don't worry as you'll still be able to activate your benefits after a few hours.This is happening to some users whose transactions get stuck on "Pending" status for up to 36 hours. Evidently, something seems to recently have changed on how Patreon is handling transactions in relation to their API.I understand that waiting 1-2 days after your purchase is made is not a great experience, so I am working on a solution to hopefully prevent this in the future.Thank you for your understanding!
