New enemy : Healing Drone + rework of Charm superpower

video demonstration : https://streamable.com/79jpgoA new enemy is implemented : this drone will constantly heal enemies, making the game harder. You can destroy it by simply colliding with the drone or using superpowers like the laser.I decided to rework the charm spell since it currently doesn't do anything. I made a quick tier list of all the superpowers :

Some superpowers are too powerful (like Yui or the potion) which is fine for this kind of game but others feel very underwhelming or can even make the game more difficult (like the jet fighter power that kills the player too) so I want to make those powers a bit more powerful. The charm will now try to follow enemies and you can charm the Healing Drone to help you : it will heal the player as long as it's charmed.
