This week I focused on finishing the second floor of your mansion. Following the poll results, you voted to have a ritual on the second floor to summon a new companion, and that’s exactly what I did! As a bonus, I also added an alchemy table for those who want to save some Gilpars.
I also made progress on the tournament event + MC story + Isabel romance, which is almost complete. From my current plans, what’s still left to do are the guild quests (6 Gold missions and 2 Diamond missions), finishing Isis’s romance, creating a gallery, and running the beta test.
There’s still quite a lot to do, and I’m considering that the update may go a bit beyond early February. Not because I can’t do it, but because the first setbacks of the year have already shown up. Remember in the previous post when I said I bought a better PC so I could start training animation work for my future games? I also mentioned that it arrived with a broken part. Well, I fixed it, used it for two days, and then the parts arrived to make it more powerful, two new RAM. Yesterday I took it to technical support to install them, and, well… the PC stopped turning on after the swap, so I had to leave it there again for repairs. As of right now, the PC is still there. In other words, this entire week I was only able to work two days on the PDM update, and I don’t yet know when I’ll get the PC back. With some luck, everything will be sorted out today. God willing.
I’m saying all this to always be transparent with you, not just about the game’s progress, but also about behind-the-scenes situations, so you’re aware of everything that’s going on. As soon as I get the PC back, I’ll do my best not to take too long to finish the update. I won’t say I’m going to rush it, because I won’t. This is the final update of PDM, and I want to do it calmly and properly. Oh, and speaking of rushing, I’ve started the anxiety treatment I mentioned to you before. Yeeey!
