The Disheartening facts
This post was originally supposed to be exciting, but on yesterday after i replied the comment of the Saruei animation post, i find a cruel fact that totally crushed my confidence and my last patience on Vtuber animation.
I found a animator who debuted around the same time with me, I will deliberately described his features vaguely because i don't want to show any disrespect, he have very similar animation tech growth paths with me, and now we have similar tech level, but his number of followers is 8.5 times of me and the income he earn is almost 10 times of me.
The only obvious difference between us is our choice, he choose to make animation with game and mobile game character at the beginning and has persisted in doing so ever since. And I choose Vtuber, sometimes choosing mobile game characters.
Choices, only a difference of choices will make such huge gap, i am so mad at myself because back in 2023, i actually have two option, Genshin or Hololive. There is no right ot wrong between them, but if my goal is to earn money and gain followers as much as i can, then obviously i make the wrong choice. At the time, I was proud of it and thought I was very smart.
Now, I don't have the courage to tell my family that we actually could have had better food better life, but all of which are gone because of a decision I thought was smart. If i made the same choice like that animator, even if I only achieve 25% of his success, that would still be twice my current number of followers and 2.5 times my current income.
About The foursome sequel
Before i found out that cruel fact, i was planning to said i want to finish the part 3 and 4 before Filian rebrand herself, because there is rumor said Filian is about to rebrand herself and having new model, so i want to finish it first when her image is still Rindo.
But the situation is changed, now i have no passion and patience on making the sequel, especially when it is a high investment and low return project. Back in the first half of 2025, it was a high return project because of the old algorithm, and now is totally different because of the new algorithm, every ones impression is being limit, unless the content is extremely extremely attractive. I'm not saying something nonsense, this is the conclusion I've drawn after observing other nsfw animators (regardless of their popularity) for a whole year.
I won't say i give up on this series, i just don't want to think about it for now. I am sorry to those member who is expecting to hear good new about it, now i really don't know when i will pick it up again.
Life is a roller coaster, just like my mood in past 24 hours.
The crazy idea
Ironically, after i decided to shelved the foursome, i come up with a similar new but more crazier sixsome idea when i saw seeing this AI illustration, If i remember currently, this AI illustration is It was viral on X for a while in Sep 2025, It makes this AI illustration became a special reference that worth remaking in 3D animation for me.
I do have the 3d model of Silvervale, Koyanskaya and Tingyun, and i know where to get the Wakamo and Musashi model, so actually i do can make this AI illustration into a 3d animation.
It will be a high investment and high return project, because it included so many character from different mobile game. But it will also be the biggest workload i ever have, and it will burn my poor laptop for sure, i probably won't start this project in a short time, which lead to the next topic.
Btw if you know what controversy this AI illustration caused that led the uploader decided to delete it, please let me know, i would love to know the story.
The future plan
The cruel fact that crushed my confidence but it also made me more determined to make a change. Because now it's either change or be left behind by the others.
Now let's talk about some more practical, the schedule.
No matter how many ideas i just mentioned, now the thing i need the most is to let peoples know i'm back to making animation with mobile game character, so the Zenless Zone Zero will be the option of next animation, since it got the most vote in the survey. The character poll will be start tomorrow.
The Silvervale model is the most expensive investment i have ever made, but time is more expensive than that, I can only produce a limited number of animations within a year, now i need to use the time make non-Vtuber animation, so if i want to take both into account, animation with Silvervale + mobile game character is the only option.
The sixsome is one of the option, the other options in my mind is Silvervale + Mint from Neverness to Everness, because they both have the similar soft tender vibe, fluffy big ears and big boobs. Or i can make it quick, just Silvervale, 1 boy 1 girl animation requires the least amount of work. and i actually have a complete idea of a pov dating theme animation with Silvervale.
All 3 idea have it's own advantage for me, i will need to think about it, i will talk about it again after the next ZZZ animation.
